"Deluxe room" was very cramped, with just twin beds, an inaccessible cupboard (desk in front of it) and no place to sit except on a bed. You'd need to be good friends to cope with the cramped conditions!! Otherwise clean and comfortable, and soooo convenient. And yes, I'd stay here again, on the understanding that we just come back to shower and sleep!!!!

The double room is very small - it was just as well I was a single. The TV and fridge are in the wardrobe - which I didn't discover until some time had passed as I was only staying one night and not unpacking my suitcase. The lead for the electric kettle really had me puzzled - it was under the bed! But the hotel is in a superb position with plenty of restaurants shops in close proximity. The toilet and shower were a bit of a hike from my room, but of reasonable standard. I would stay there again for one or two nights, but not for longer - just too cramped.

The hotel allowed was very flexible in allowing us a late checkout, which was great, but during breakfast it was unusual to see quite a few of the staff sitting around the breakfast area watching music clips on television. Otherwise great for the price.

Location was fantastic - an easy stroll to Museum station and in walking distance to all of the main sites. Comfortable enough rooms. Great price.

The hotel provides a good combination of location, facilities and cost. It is convenient to attractions in downtown Sydney and at a cost well below nearby 4 and 5 star hotels. Rooms are not large but are clean and comfortable and have all the usual features to be expected in a tourist hotel. A toast and cereal breakfast is included. I often stay here and will do so again.

Friendly reception staff. Location in Sydney is fantastic - only short walking time to shops, Opera House, Circular Quay, etc. Rooms are clean as are the shared bathrooms. For the budget conscious, this is a very good hotel.

Excellent location for visitors to Sydney! I booked a delux room and was very happy with what I got for the price, although I wouldn't bother about the breakfast offer. It's very basic and there is an excellent selection of well-known cafes nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I have stayed here before so knew what to expect, but had visiting friend from England, who was very impressed with the high standard of everything connected with our stay - the room cleanliness and layout, the cafe, the room servicing, the price, the location - will recommend to other friends visiting from England, as I have done, and will continue to do.

I stayed in a single room with bathroom and my relatives in a double room, Both rooms needed airing out but otherwise were a good size. Bathrooms were very clean and came with natural soaps and lotion which I really liked. I was surprised at how comfortable the beds were. The breakfast was very simple - cereal, toast, coffee & tea. I don't eat cereal so for me it wasn't worth it but my rellies were more than satisfied. I'll definitely stay there again. A good value budget hotel within walking distance to everything - we only took the bus once when it rained.

We were expecting simple budget accommondation but the room was absolutely too small and worn down! First room we got was very smelly. Something was lacking at breakfast every morning (toast, juice, trays, spoons..) and there were long ques.
