| Located on the main street of Cabarete, the Windsurf Resort is comfortable and luxurious. The second largest resort in Cabarete, the Windsurf Resort prides itself on offering all the services and amenities of a large hotel, while keeping the personal touch and intimacy of a small, family-run establishment. Accommodations consist of 60 total units -- 1 bedroom apartments, and 2 bedroom suites. Units are spacious and luxurious, all with full kitchens and balconies facing the pool. The Windsurf resort is geared towards the health conscious, sports-minded individual. Our beach center offers free equipment rental to guests staying at the resort. Windsurf equipment, surf boards, boogie boards, kayaks, sailboats, and more are all at your disposal. We offer an array of organized activities for our guests. Nightly activities include dinner outings, cultural shows, and live bands. Guests have the liberty of joining in as many or as few of the events as they choose. On the premises, the Windsurf Resort has a swimming pool, bocce court, two bars (one swim up bar), an excursion desk, gift shop, restaurant (recently renovated), and full bar for guests trying to kill a few hours while waiting for their plane flight home. The people working at the Windsurf Resort have created an entirely fun, relaxing, and unique vacation destination for couples, individuals, groups, and families. Aside from the stunning beauty of its beaches, both Sousa and Cabarete offer bustling commercial districts. Nights also come to life at an endless array of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, and discos. Enjoy the serene beauty of nature and the dazzling nightlife in Cabarete. The units at Windsurf are spacious and luxurious, all with full kitchens and balconies facing the pool. The Windsurf resort is geared towards the health conscious, sports-minded individual. Windsurf equipment, surf boards, boogie boards, kayaks, sailboats, and more are all at your disposal. All guests receive 1 hour free per day of windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, and boogie boarding. On the premises, the Windsurf Resort has a swimming pool, bocce court, two bars (one swim up bar), an excursion desk, restaurant (recently renovated), and a full bar.
The one bedroom/one bath Condo holds a maximum of 4 people and utilized 1 Queen Bed and 1 Sleeper Sofa. The two bedroom/2 bath Suite holds a maximum of 6 people and unit bedding includes 2 Queen Beds and 1 Sleeper Sofa. Room amenities include room service, daily housekeeping and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils.
Checkin Procedures - The reception desk is open and staffed 24 hours a day for your convenience. Check in begins at 4pm.

| There was only (1) television (which was in the living room) it would have been nice to have television in bedroom also; there was no music entertainment (no radio with disc player). If the television cable went out due to weather(which happen quite a few times) it would have been nice to listen to radio or play my CDs. So that was very boring with no room entertainment. I had to remind housekeeping to bring towels or wash cloths quite a few times, but overall housekeeping staff was very friendly and nice. |
