| Pleasant people and a comfortable stay appropriate for the price. However the web information stated that rooms were equipped with irons but ours was not. Only three coat hangers were provided in our double room and no hangers were available on asking to hang trousers. |

| Rooms are very small and very basic (room barely bigger than the bed). No wardrobe in the room. Although the information states that each room has an iron & ironing board there is actually only one iron for the entire hotel. I never managed to get an ironing board. Breakfast is not worth the additional 10 euro |

| I noted the comments from other users and nearly cancelled BUT no there was problem being overcharged on the voucher, hotel is clean and very friendly, excellent location, a very good family style hotel not American style chain, highly recommended. 7mins on foot from Gare de Midi, 5 mins from Grande Place, lots of local shops and restaurants, small convenient friednly hotel, what more do you need. |

| Although I booked a non-smoking room, they gave me a smoking room where the stench was unbearable. The walls were stained and the general impression of the hotel was very poor. |
