A truly sensational hotel which makes you feel like you're in the lap of luxury. However, room rate aside, everything at the hotel is ridiculously expensive eg: there is a room service surcharge of $8.00 just for delivery to your room. Never seen that before. In all other respects, the hotel is faultless and I would stay there again but eat out.

The Westin is beautiful and I loved staying there. Probably the most beautiful hotel room I have ever sayed in and I have been in Europe and Asia. The staff remembered I had a latte for breakfast the day before and asked if they could 'organize a latte for me again."" I said ""organize away."" Loved it, loved it, loved it.

Stayed in Westin for a weekend retreat. Location and decor of the room were absolutely lovely. Hotel is located in Martin Place which is right in the heart of the city. We had a corner suite so the room was spacious and came with the lovely bath. Unfortunately, the retreat didn't go very well as Westin had issues with the entertainment system so we could not purchase or watch any in-room movies. It was a shame as we tried for an hour trying to understand why there were no movies available. Seems like everyone was trying to watch a movie at the same time!

Great location, perfect room & the best bed ever! The staff was very helpful and so friendly. Highly recommend this hotel. You must stay here, if only for 1 night. One of the best in Sydney!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Westin. The staff at this hotel are estremely polite, efficient and professional. We would definitely stay there again.
