| The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is great! I will stay there again and have recommeded it to some business colleagues. The first roomI was in (303) was excellent, the second one (404) smelt of cigarette smoke and not quite as comfortable, but still very acceptable. |

| The apartment is well set out, a full kitchen, very comfortable and in a good location. However, we were not told that the desk was unattended after 8pm, 'tho we notified them, and we could not contact them after this time by phone. We found used linen on the sofa bed, no cot as requested, 3 towels for 4 people, no toaster (had to use the grill, yet a written warning of $900 fine if the smoke detector went off and fire brigade was called out), and no room servicing except for toiletries. Also not told that the cot was an extra $10 per night till departure. Still, a great apartment. |

| Was pleased except for the noise from the construction, but i guess you can't help that one. |

| This accommodation was chosen due to the proximity to the Convention Centre and the reasonable cost when booked at short notice. The one bedroom deluxe room was chosen as it contained a full kitchen and had a good sized living area. I discovered that the room actually contained 2 bedrooms with one having a double bed and the other a smaller room with a single bed and table and chair leading out to the balcony. Both the office staff and cleaners were helpful and friendly. The hotel had good amenities with pool, spa and sauna. The choice of restaurants and food outlets close to the apartment was very rewarding and the Coles shopping centre across the road provided other necessities. I would thoroughly recommend this property to any prospective traveller and will certainly be using this property again myself when required. |

| The appartment was very small and a good 10 minute walk to the centre of Brisbane with views toward a building site.
The Mini bar supplied, I found after drinking one of the cans - not the greatest the can was out of date.
It was Clean and tidy and the staff friendly but I wouldn't stay again due to location and size I would want to stay closer to the centre or have a bigger room for the same money |

| I work for an airline and know what a good hotel/apartment is like, I have stayed in the studio and one bedroom apartments a few times now, the beds are very comfortable, general furniture and fittings are smiliar to an early 90's inner city apartment fantastic location!, central to all your holiday requirements coles and other shops across the road with a massive selection of local cafes and restaurants, clean and presentable hotel/apartments. great value for money if between [room rate] for a studio one bedroom [room rate] if above this I would suggest the [the other hotel] for better value stay which I also have stayed at. |
