Hotel is OK, clean and in a good part of Wan Chai. Its not a luxury hotel but iafter staying in hostels for months on end it certainly felt so.

Bathroom was incredibly small, not even enough room to close the door when you are standing in the room! Generally the room needed decorating/refurbishing

In choosing the Wesley, all we wanted was a clean bed and good location, but what we got was so much more. The staff, although very busy, were welcoming, efficient and responsive. On our second stay, we were upgraded to a suite, a nice gesture. The hotel is older and a little dowdy, but was very clean and the rooms were really spacious by Hong Kong standards - space for luggage plus drawers and hanging space. The beds were firm and comfortable. There was a kettle and fridge in each room, and a microwave in the suite. There is no in-room safe, but we felt confident to leave our valuables in the room. The location was excellent - just a couple of minutes walk to pubs, clubs and restaurants so great for night life but also easy for breakfast. It's close to all forms of public transport so is a great base from which to explore. Despite being right on a busy main road, the rooms were quiet. I would highly recommend the Wesley. It was great value for money and we'll stay again.

Great Hotel for a short stay in Hong Kong. Short walk from many good restaurants, Ferry, convention centre and the Bars of Wanchai. Good selection of TV channels. The bathrooms are Very small

Well located. Easy walk to Wanchai MTR and convention Ctr. Tram stop right outside, supermarket 2 minutes away. Pacific Coffee 1 minute away. Room was reasonably sized for HK, clean , not many frills, but who needs them. Bathroom good, with HOT high pressure shower. I would definitely stay here again and I KNOW HK!

Before I stay in this hotel, I read from the review that the staff there are very rude and the room is very small and dirty. however, I have proved the comment writer wrong. I will continue to stay in this hotel again, if I have a change to visit Hong Kong next time. I also would like to thank one of the staff who kind enough to let me open my e mail to prnt my e ticket.

Night Front Desk staff is not friendly at all. In general, I find this hotel's lobby staff not very friendly. It is a pity, otherwise this can be a highly recommended hotel. I have been staying at this hotel since 1997.

Excellent hotel for tourists or business people with modest means. Quiet, centrally located and with a very comfortable bed. Downsides are budget approach to service: iron and ironing board only by request; wine glasses unavailable; no room service, etc. But room easily large enough for work and rest for solo businessperson. Bonus is a Pret-A-Manger adjacent to the lobby for fast cheap breakfast and takeaway coffee. I would stay there again
