Excelent. Ideal for small groups, students adults. Excelent service, warm welcome. High profesionality. Families with small kids could find some dificulties becouse it takes some time to get there and bathroom is for severel rooms. But it is very clean and almost alvaus awailable. I would defenetly choose thiis place again if I travel to Naples.

Alessandra, the owner, was very polite and helpful throughout my stay, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The location of the Welcome is conveniently located within an 8-10 minute walk of the Metro, and the bus stops just around the corner. The ONLY difficulty I had was the first day, locating the B&B. A bit of advice: Once you exit the Metro, walk UP the hill/Piazza. That is where the bus stop at Via Imbriani is located. From that point, get on any bus that stops there. Exit the bus at the next stop, cross to the other side of the street, and walk just a bit up the hill. The B&B is located in a building (that looks like any other) on the left side of the street, as you go up the hill. There is a panel with names and numbers on it, and one is marked "Welcome." I had a little difficulty finding it the first day, so I thought I'd pass this tip on. Also, if you're a light sleeper as I am, you may want to pack earplugs since the rooms are just above street level. There are horns honking and motor scooters passing by regularly, but that's the beauty of Napoli. The noise level, overall, isn't bad though. If I'm ever in Naples again, I would most definitely stay at the Welcome B&B.

We found the B and B in Naples to be a great place to put your feet up after wandering the streets all day. The room was lovley and we enjoyed drinks and nibbles on the balcony whilst watching the world race by below. The B and B is a little bit out of town but you were close to the underground and many good resturants were within walking distance. Breakfast was adequate without being exceptional and the staff were very helpfull.

The proprietor Alessandra is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. (Despite our lack of Italian language skills we had no trouble communicating.) The B&B is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. The double-bed room was more than adequate for the two of us. We had the option of breakfast in the room or at the local coffee bar; we chose the latter and had a wonderful chocolate croissant with our cappucinos. The bathroom was shared with another guest. The B&B's location in Arenella was reachable by many buses, and the Metro wasn't too far away. The street is pretty busy as it's close to an Autostrada entrance, so there's noise - but we weren't overly bothered by it. Arenella is a residential neighborhood with markets, newsstands and 5-star cioccolaterias/gelaterias nearby. We recommend the Welcome and hope to revisit wonderful, interesting Napoli and stay there again.

This B&B is very beatiful. The location is hard to find. Even the locals don't know where the address is. The owner of this B&B has a very good taste at decorating it. The most beatiful B&B during my trip in Italy. Although the owner doesn't know any English but she has everything writen in English. The breakfast is basic. This B&B makes you forget how noisy and messy Napoli is.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Welcome. It is quite quaint and Alessandra is a wonderful hostess, she was very helpful and warm and friendly. We had a room with a balcony which was great, we could watch the daily activity of the residence's. The establishment is very clean and you can come and go as you please. The Welcome is in a residential area with the bus and metro close by. We were able to walk from the Metro and visit the near by Caffe at night while being quite safe for two females. We adore Napoli and her warm people. We will go back and when we do we will stay at Alessandra's Welcome B and B. Thank you Alessandra.

At "Welcome" you get the feeling that you are really welcome here and everything has been prepared carefully that you have nice stay. The rooms are large, clean, modern and very tasteful furnished. On arrival you receive an overwiev of the sights and with general information about Neapel. The price/quality ratio is excellent. You get all the information and help you need from the owner, who is very keen to that you will have a nice stay. I can recommend the BB very warmly.
