The Breakfast was a bit disappointing, Hard toast with jam and some cereal. It is very close to a restaurant that provide a discount if you stay at this B&B. You must get a taxi as the B&B is not very well sign posted and even thought it says that the bus drops you a bit above the B&B you still can miss it. over all a great place to stay

The lady at this little B&B was so helpful and friendly it made our stay all the more enjoyable.

The owner didn't mind us arriving early and leaving our bags at the hotel and even drew us a walking tour route on a map for us to make the most of our stay in Pisa! Location is good - walking distance to city centre and car hire. Station and airport are a bit further - probably a bus or taxi journey. Set back from the main road it was easy to find and is on a main bus route. Pleasant, clean, tidy and spacious room and shared bathroom. Garden and patio to relax, sunbathe or eat outside. Recommend!

The hotel was lovely and clean, close to the centre, breakfast could use a little work but was edible, there is large garden for relaxing :)

The Welcome B&B is as cute as Antonella, the very helpful and cheerful woman who runs the place, I assume. She was very accommodating, let us check in early, and practically planned our entire 2 days in Pisa, train times and all. She recommended lovely restaurants and the map on her brochure is great to have as it fits neatly in your pocket. The room was rather stylish and quite comfortable, and we only shared the bathroom with one other guest (another toilet was downstairs, too.) There is a nice garden out back where we had our breakfast, which was the only average thing about the place. Cereal, really hard toast, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. There are two comfortable lounge areas with books and a stereo and a self service bar based on the honor system (cafe, beer, wine, juice, sorbet, etc.) If you are a light sleeper you may find the early morning traffic waking you up, but closing the window helps a lot. Anyway, you'll want to get up early and explore the area. I would defintely stay again.

Exterior appearance may cause some anxiety, but once inside you'll be pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated in Tuscan themes. The mother and daughter were extremely helpful, recommending restaurants, sightseeing and booking our 5am taxi.We missed out on the breakfast which previous guests described as excellent, however a breakfast munch box was provided. It's a bit out of town, but on the bus route and is a good appetite generating or tummy settling walk to Pisa's array of fine eateries.
