Camera singola molto spaziosa e dal letto molto grande. Pulizia impeccabile e servizio ottimo. Unico appunto: al momento del pagamento, l'hotel mi ha inizialmente applicato una tariffa diversa da quella di Venere.com. Solo mostrando la conferma di prenotazione di Venere.com ho avuto applicata la tariffa prenotata.

The hotel is on Avenue Louise but this is very misleading - it is good 30-40 minutes walk from the Avenue Louise shopping area, you need to take a tram to get there (cca 10 minutes). The room did not have anything much cheaper hotels do as standard - tea or coffee facitlity, the window would not close - I was freezing the whole night as I only discovered before going to bed - too late for any repairs... Breakfast choice incredibly poor - 2 sorts of cheese and 2 sorts of ham - for the steep price of 25 €. I very much regretted I was not able to book online my favourite Vendome - 3 stars with much better quality and 5 stars breakfast.

we arrived on a Saturday evening. The hotel was very noizy, there was some kind of disco program going on downstairs I could not fall asleep until 2:30 a.m. at which point I had to take a sleeping pill. Check in was fast but they wanted us to put down a 50 euro security deposit in addition to the cost of the hotel since we wanted to pay by cash or debit card. I found this unusual. There were 2 small elevators, one of them was not working, therefore there was always long waiting for the only elevator which was functional. Room size too small for a five star hotel

we stayed at the warwick Barsey hotel for 2 nights. the only negative points to note were that the reception staff were not very welcoming or helpful - the other staff were very good however. Also, the bar closed by midnight. The hotel is about a 30/40 minute walk to the centre - a nice walk but still longer than expected.

We arrived late evening. Our reservation was not boooked. The staff was nice and got us a room. When we removed the blankets we found fresh blood stains on the sheets and hair on the bathroom floor. The staff told us it could only be us since the cleaning lady had been in the room. Will not go back.

Room was pretty run down, ceilings very low, and public spaces dark. Gives a dodgy impressing. Not what I expected for 220 Euros per night.

Excellent hotel for romantic weekend or short holiday. One time you stay there, you always want to come back!

##### ENGLISH ##### Been there for 2 nights (room 604) with my wife, those 2 nights were a present for her birthday. At the arrival the employee talked to me in ned., I answered in french (I'm french) so he switched to french (good point). At the end of the discussion he switched again but this time in english ! Was he trying to test me ?!? quite disapointing ;o( Next, the room. The room was really spacious and cosy BUT the TV set was not receiving the channels properly, the furnitures were badly scratched, there was a huge stain on the top sheet of the bed (!) and the underneath sheet was torn. The parking fee is indicated as 20euros/day but in fact i paid 2*20 euros (for the 2 days I stayed) plus 20 euros for an overnight ! In conclusion all this is really unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel at full price (370 euros / night) but is worth the price I paid (115 euros / night)._ ##### FRENCH ##### Nous avons passé 2 nuits (ch. 604) dans cet hôtel avec ma femme, c'était un cadeu d'anniversaire pour elle.
