Villa Pape is a modern villa located in Trogir/Ciovo, on a peaceful and quiet area on a little hill with a fantastic sea view overlooking the bay.
The nearest beach is only 200 metres away and the city centre is 1.7 km away. We are well located to reach many famous sights. We are inviting you to explore our beautiful country and to experience Croatian hospitality.
The island of Ciovo is a small island situated near Trogir with many beaches, some cultivated and some untouched. The island has a wonderful family atmosphere. Once a fishing village, Okrug Gornji is a small and quiet resort, ideal for both couples and families.

The beaches near Villa Pape are pebbled, while the island is full of stony beaches. Nearby beaches are probably the best in the resort for young children due to the gentle slope into the water. At the beach some 300 metres from the house, water sports are available (jet-ski, paragliding, surfing, diving, boat rental and more). In addition, there are sailing and fishing trips to the islands of Solta and Drvenik. Around the resort, there are a number of companies offering scuba diving, tennis and fitness.

The region is hilly; and the houses sit on small but very steep slopes. Our streets are narrow, lake most of Mediterranean streets. Villa Pape has three floors. On the ground floor the 4-bed apartments are situated, while on the second floor there are the 2-bed apartments and double rooms. All of them are air-conditioned and feature a satellite TV and a fridge. The apartments have a terrace with sea view.

Apartment for 4 People - The apartment has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a terrace with a sea view and a parking space for your car.

Apartment for 2 People - The apartment has one bedroom with twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a terrace with a sea view and a parking space for your car.

Twin Room - Extra beds are not possible. This nice room has no sea view and no balcony.

Breakfast is a combination of continental and English foods made according to your wishes, while dinner is traditional Croatian, but simple international meals can be provided. Breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:00, but we can serve it earlier if needed. Dinner is served according to your request.

There is a food tasting program which is perfect for those who wish to sample authentic and traditional Croatian cuisine. We prepare dishes that cannot be found in most restaurants because they come from recipes which have been passed down through generations. Requests for a tasting must be made at least one day in advance, since the meal we prepare will depend on what we find, and what is best, at the local market that morning. We buy the freshest ingredients from local farmers who only grow organic products. We cannot present a menu in advance. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions or preferences so that we may prepare the dishes accordingly.

We are 18 km from the Zagreb-Split motorway and 8 km from the airport. The bus station is in Trogir and the railway station is in Split.

If you are coming by plane please let us know so we can arrange a transfer for you for a small fee.

By car:
- When you enter Trogir, cross the 1st bridge into the centre of town.
- Once you are in the town follow the road (this will be the only road) to the next bridge to Ciovo.
- When you cross the bridge and enter Ciovo, turn right.
- Follow this road for around 1.5 km, until you reach Mediteraneo cafe on the beach. Park there and call us (Ira or Boris) if you have a mobile phone.
- If you don't have a phone, drive past Mediteraneo cafe bar some 100 metres.
- There is a little road on the left, after a sign reading TEREZA K: turn there.
- Go up the hill, you will reach a bend and three roads.
- Take the road on the right, follow it up the hill, and at the end of the road you will see our house.
- The road from the entrance (main street) to our house is 200 metres long.

If you decide to arrive by public transport, please let us know in advance, so we can send you bus and boat schedules.

To Zagreb Split highway there is 18 km, to the airport 8 km, bus station is in Trogir and railway station in Split. If you are coming by plane please let us know so we can arrange transfer for you (charged extra). The way to get to Villa PaPe: When you enter Trogir you have to cross first bridge that will get you to the center of the town. Once you are in the town follow the road (this will be the only road) to the next bridge to Ciovo. When you cross the bridge and enter Ciovo turn right. Follow this road some cca. 1,7 km, until you reach a cafe on the beach Mediteraneo, park there and call us (contact persons Ira or Boris) if you have a mobile phone. If you are without phone try to find us by driving by Mediteraneo caffe bar some 100 meters. There is a little road on the left, turn there. The road is little and not easy to spot. There is a sign in front of the road TEREZA K. it could be your guide. Once you are in the road, go up the hill, in the middle of the way there is a curve and above it you can choose three roads. You need to take the right road, follow it up the hill, and at the end of the road you will see our house. This whole road from the entering ( main street ) to our house is 150 m long.
