I enjoyed so much my stay. Room was charming and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very quiet location, and easy to find. If I ever return to Venice I will definitely book here again and have already recommended it to some friends.

The hotel is very well located and easy to find. It's in a very quiet and relaxed area, near to the wonderful beach. Staff were accomodating, friendly, Amedeo is very nice, always ready to help. The room was perfect, clean and spacious! Excellent buffet breakfast! I would certainly stay again and recommend it to others.Thank you Villa Albertina for making my stay in Venice perfect!

The Hotel is mostly comfortable however I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. The owner who goes to great lengths on his web site to show a friendly, family business is both very arrogant and dismissive towards his guests and very is unhelpful. After taking our money he could not even bother to say thanks and goodbye or even raise a smile. There is a lot of noise both in and around the hotel and in the two nights stayed here we had about six hours sleep because there is no one on site to complain to about the noise levels. The hotel is surrounded by apartments, do not be fooled by the "villa" photos. People were coming in at all hours and groups of related guests were having parties until 2 or 3 in the morning. The sound insulation is very poor. Some of the rooms are directly accessed from the Hall/Reception area. The breakfast is poor quality and mean unlike elsewhere in Italy where we found the quality very high in the 2 weeks we spent travelling around the country. If you want a pleasant experience in Venice and Venice Lido I would not recommend staying here unless you are Italian or like noise and mayhem.

Very beautiful place to stay on Lido. Waking up to the wonderful smell of just baked pastries. Just a short bus ride to the vaporetto.

Che fortuna, we found Villa Albertina by chance on the Internet and were delighted with the serenity, hospitality and generosity of our hosts. The hotel is run in a very familiar and cozy way, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We had a very romantic room, well heated, with a large bathroom and all amenities! The breakfast is delicious, with a big choice of different food and in the mornings the hotel is fullfilled by the wonderful smell of the freshly baked bread and croissants! Thanks to Amadeo's perfect information and recommendations we had our finest seafood dinner at Ai Murazzi! We were really delighted with the place and are already planning to come back again next year!

Our 6-day stay at the Villa Albertina was extremely pleasant and met the expectations we had on the basis of the information and photos on the Internet. This hotel is well managed, the owners and staff were very helpful in every way. The location is excellent, with the beach within just a few minutes walk. The bus service is good and regular, so the complete trip from the hotel's front door to the San Zaccaria vaporetto stop in Venice is only about 20-25 minutes in all. Our decision to stay on the Lido island, and especially at the Villa Albertina, was absolutely right, and we shall not hesitate to do the same the next time we visit Venice.

Our stay at the Villa Albertina was 100 % excellent. The welcoming was very warm and personal for all of us in the family. The atmosphere of the room and the whole hotel was familiar and nice as well as the staff received us. We are so very satisfied with our whole stay and we really want to come back for stay at the Villa Albertina in the near future.

A spacious 2 room + bath location at the front of the 2nd floor was perfect for 2 adults and 2 children (12,14). The hotel looked to be a converted large house and had the feel of a nice bed&breakfast type of accomadation. A 2-3 block walk to the beach and on the bus route back into town. The staff was helpful for our late arrival (past 8 pm).

Lovely hotel in a quiet location about 20 minute stroll into the centre of the Lido, although there is a bus stop at the end of the street if you prefer. Bar/Restaurant at the end of the street and within a couple of minutes walk lots of local bars and cafes. The hotel rooms are very spacious with lovely antique furniture and a great power shower. Breakfast is basic - juice, coffee, cereals and bread - but more than adequate and you can sit outside in the sunshine in the lovely garden with your coffee if you prefer. There is no bar here for an early evening drink but there is a bar within 25 yards and a couple of good restaurants but we walked down into the centre of the Lido each evening. Taxi back was only 10 euros. You can walk to the beach in ten minutes. Vaparetto runs to the Lido all night from the centre of Venice so no problems if you fancy a night in the centre of Venice. Would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay but you do have walk so not ideal for everyone.

The hotel appeared to be closer to the Lido vaporetto station than was the case but after we had learned to use the bus system this was not a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel and he found several problems: the employees are not very friendly, the rooms have very old-fashioned furniture (they need an urgent renovation)and the worst problem was that the room and the bathroom were very, very cold. During summer it's not important but in december they should have a better heating system. Definetely, I would not recommend this hotel to stay during winter.

Well situated, convenient to buses for boat connection to Venice or the beach of Lido. Comfortable, quiet, adequate facilities, great breakfast with very friendly helpful staff (Tanya). The only small problem we experienced - no shaver plug in the bathroom, room was a little small for the very nice old style furniture, shutters were a little difficult to close, bathroom could benefit from an extractor fan - very stuffy.

Rooms spacious and charming, nice gardens. However,Owner (male) monosylabbiic and not at all friendly. Breakfast poor-one morning we were informed that there was no milk or bread-despite there being a bread shop and grocers 25 metres down the road!
