A small quiet familiar Hotel with a good and welcoming staff, not far from Center, good parking. Excellent breakfast. The hall is a bit too small and the rooms not too large. I would recommend to add heavier curtains to the windows, we Italian are not used to sleep with the light filtering throu the white curtains in the morning.

My daughter and I stayed in June of 2008. Very friendly, helpful staff and delicious, bountiful breakfast. Room was very nice and clean........no air conditioning, though, on hot summer days, but got a fan at the front desk and did fine with it. Easy two block walk to Mirabelle Gardens and then easy stroll on to the old city area. Felt safe in the hotel and neighborhood. Had to park our car in a parking garage nearby for extra .

For the price, the room was 2 stars standard. It was not possible to take a shower...soo small and uncomfortable. We will never go there again!!!!

Un petit hôtel bien situé ( 10 mn à pied du centre ville) avec un accueil extrèmement cordial. Chambres un peu petites mais impecables et calmes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est somptueux !

We were offered a corner-twin room, which was spacious enough, clean and cozy. Free internet access was also convenient. We would like to stay here again.

Helpfulness of reception staff outstanding. Breakfast staff could be a little friendlier/helpful though food was good. Excellent location. Our room (4th floor) was surprisingly roomy.

The location of this hotel is excellent; easy walking distance to all the points of interest of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It wasn't easy however, to find restaurants that were offering light fare in the area at 8pm or so. We enjoyed staying at the hotel and found it to be a good home base for our trip to Salzburg!

Hotel staff were friendly. Price was resonable. Location was quite near to train station and old town (10 - 15 mins walk). However, the room and bathroom were quite small.

Went to Salsburg for the Christmas Markets and selected this Hotel as it is situated midway between the Old Town and the Station and was reasonably priced. It's about a 10 - 15 minute walk to either depending on how fast you walk! No. 2 bus goes from the airport to the station. Hotel was small especially the public areas but the staff were extreamly helpful. We had booked two rooms - one for the children and we asked if we could get two rooms beside each other. The staff went to a lot of trouble to achieve this for us even though the Hotel was fully booked. The children were disappointed that there was no snow in Salsburg (mid Dec 06) but the receptionist suggested a train trip to Zell am Zee (ski resort) on the train and went to the trouble of going online and printing out a train timetable. We took up this suggestion one of the days and had a great day in a winter wonderland thanks to the friendly staff. This is a small hotel but the rooms were clean an comfortable, breakfast was filling and the staff excellent. I would use it again.

Walls are a bit thin, but this place makes up for it with a friendy helpful staff, a good location, good breakfast and an excellent restuarant attached to it. We had 2 rooms on the 4th floor near the elevator, which produced some extra noise, but all in all we would happily return. Eric at the front desk was great!

We enjoyed staying in Salzburg and were very pleased with this hotel. On our trip, this was the best value hotel that we stayed in. For just a little under E100 per night, we were staying very close to everything and the room was very nice and quiet. The staff in the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We definately will stay here again. We enjoyed the town and the hotel.

This is a charming little hotel in Salzburg located very near to the Mirabelle Gardens. The rooms are a bit small, but clean. The breakfast buffet is really good. The staff are wonderful! They were very, very helpful and I was impressed with the multi-lingual abilities of some of them. I will definitely return again. (The only "down side" is the street noises when the windows are open. But even that is not bad during the night.)
