Location. Centrally located in Valle de Uco, about a ten minute drive west of the town of Tunuyan, is the 15-acre Postales Del Plata Valle De Uco Lodge situated in the town of Colonias Las Rosas, Argentina. The area is part of the greater Mendoza winemaking region and bodegas proximate to the hotel include Bodega Salentein, Bodega J&F Lurton, Winemaker Michelle Roland, Bodega Clos de Siete/Monteviejo, Bodega O. Fournier and Bodega La Celia. From the hotel, tree-lined paths flanked by small streams lead to wanderings amid fruit orchards, rose gardens, rolling lawns and views of the snow-capped Andes. The lodge can accommodate a total of 22 to 24 guests in a combination of room styles.
Hotel Features. The Postales Del Plata Valle De Uco Lodge main lodge has a large modern kitchen designed for parties and cooking classes, an expansive dining room and living room, wine bar and library with satellite television. In addition, there is an office with Internet access and wine cellar. An outdoor parrilla area is complete with authentic mud ovens for baking empanadas and other South American specialties. A manager and concierge stand by to arrange activities, including horseback rides, mountain biking, hiking, fly-fishing, and, of course, wine tastings. For elixirs beyond local produced (and globally exported) Malbecs, in-room massages are but a request away.
Guestrooms. The suites form a U-shape around manicured lawns, decks, and the swimming pool, which is shaded by massive old-growth trees. Guestroom views include vineyards beset by epic glacier-draped mountains.

Take Route 40 south to the town of Tunyuan, which is approximately 90 kilometers away.
Turn right on Calle Pellegrini. Take this road 8 kilometers to the town of Colonias Las Rosas.
Turn right on Calle Tabanera. Stay on this road for about 1 kilometer.
The lodge is located on the right side of the road with a large entry sign, white walls and a large wooden entry gate.
