Centrally located, with easy access to all areas of Hong Kong, this hostel was established in response to the demand for 3-star hotel quality rooms at hostel prices.
The room decor and design reflects that of a 3-star hotel, with especially large windows in the room so that you can see over the Victoria Harbour and the prosperous Nathan Road (one of the most famous roads in Hong Kong). The in-room facilities include quiet air conditioning and a private shower room with a massage-like shower machine. The hostel group has 30 years of experience and the friendly staff are fluent in English and Mandarin.
Location Description:
USA Hostel is located in the most convenient and prosperous district in Hong Kong - Tsim Sha Tsui, which is the central part of Hong Kong. Tsim Sha Tsui is just beside the Victoria Harbor. You can enjoy the great sea view and the famous night scene of Hong Kong Island at the sea side. Also, USA Hostel is just beside the Nathan Road, known as the 'Golden Mile', famous for its shops, arcades, boutiques, restaurants and fantastic nightlife.

Renovated in May 2007, most of the rooms are equipped with windows for fresh air and views of Nathan Road. The design and decor is reminiscent of a 3-star hotel, with features such as private bathroom, warm light, white bed sheets and a key card for access, as well as quiet air conditioning and Wi-Fi interenet access.

- Single rooms: 90 square feet average (single beds are 36 inches wide).
- Double rooms: 130 square feet average (double beds are 54 inches, 60 inches or 72 inches wide).
- Twin rooms: 130 square feet average (2 single beds, each 36 inches wide).
- Triple rooms: 180 square feet average (3 single beds, each 36 inches wide / one single bed, 36 inches wide, and one double bed, 60 inches wide).
- Quadruple rooms: For 2 adults and 2 children, 2 couples, or 4 slim girls. 210 square feet average (2 double beds, each 72 inches wide).

We currently do not provide any food service. However, as we are centrally located in Tsim Sha Tsui - The heart of Hong Kong, everywhere around us you will find restaurants, pubs and bars with various standards and cuisine. We can also recommend you some tasty local food if you have no idea of where to eat.

By Plane (from Hong Kong International Airport):
The A21 Airport Shuttle Service runs from 05:30 to 24:00, every 10 minutes (40-minute journey), at an additional cost of HKD 33 per person (free of luggage fee). Please stop at the 12th or 13th bus stop (Mirador Plaza / Chung King mansion). From here, it is a 5 to 10-minute walk to our hostel.
The Airport Express Service runs from 05:50 to 01:15, every 12 minutes (25-minute journey time), at an additional cost of HKD 90 per person (free of luggage fee). Please stop at the Kowloon Station and change to the free airport shuttle bus K3 or take a taxi, which costs less than HKD 20, to the hostel.
Via the K3 bus, take the bus to the Holiday Inn and then go along Nathan Road.
Taxis from the airport operate a 24-hour service and take around 30 minutes to reach the hostel at an additional cost of HKD 300 (free of luggage fee). Please tell the driver to stop at the Mirador Mansion, Tsim Sha Tsui.

Our hostel uses a credit card machine to take payments. However, any payment by credit card will be charged a 3% service charge by the bank. This charge is not calculated in the total booking cost given to you by this website. You can pay by cash or credit card.
Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and Renminbi (RMB) are the only official currencies which can be freely used in Hong Kong. Customers can either convert money in advance at currency exchange bureaus or you can exchange at our reception. The exchange rate will be according to the most current rate provided by the bank.
Official check-out time is 11:00. Any late check-out should be informed in advance at the reception as soon as possible. If you check-out after 11:00 and before 18:00 without informing our reception, you will be charged a half day's room rate. If you check-out after 18:00, you will be charged for a day's room rate.
