Tropic Sunrise Holiday Units is comprised of 19 fully self-contained One and Two Bedroom units and Studio apartments.

We are a small 3 star rated budget property that takes pride in providing comfortable, affordable accommodation close to the Cairns city centre. We are located mid way between the airport and city centre (approximately 3km to each) with the convenience of a city bus stop right outside our gate.

Across the street is a small grocery store, chemist shop, doctors surgery, hair salon, fresh seafood shop, tavern and liquor store, 24hr fuel station, several take-a-ways (Chinese, chicken, Italian) as well as an antique and craft store.

At least 72 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of check in time, you will forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.

Parking is off the street and we can accommodate vehicles with trailers. free of charge
