Very Very dusty, the hallways are under construction and its noisey. The front desk fella was as helpfull, but the actual cleaning staff are over stressed and rude. When upon entering our room we noticed the dust upon the tv unit then we checked our beds and noticed that only one bed in the Clean room had been changed. We contacted front desk and they sent the housekeeping supervisor to check it ...one hour later, she appears, couldnt believe she had to change the bed, Why are these beds and rooms not cheched before we enter and they take our dollars.

Just got back from staying at the Travelodge Hotel Burlington on the Lake. My company uses this hotel on a regular basis and I must say I was very impressed with the hotel and my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable and the young lady on the front desk was very helpful. The only issue I had was the state of the carpet in my guest room. After speaking with the team I was informed that all Guest Room carpet was being replaced in March. Can't wait until my next stay to see the change

The staff were very helpful in telling us about local restaurants and things to do. Beautiful view of the lake and lovely downtown area. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable (pillow top mattress!). We came for a friends wedding, but will definitely come back to enjoy a weekend away."

Both hotel entrances were blocked, so we found it difficult to figure out how to get to the hotel and parking. After our second drive-by, we figured out that the guy behind the barrier waving his clipboard was trying to get us to come in. After questioning us abruptly (!), he waved us in. We commented on the situation to the desk clerk who said dismissively they had to keep non-registered people out of the parking lot. Her rudeness indicated that she didn't care how inconvenient or unwelcoming our arrival had been. Blew us off, in other words. Your staff member needs some training.

Hotel was amazing from when we pulled into the parking lot until we left the parking lot. The Guest Service team was amazing and was very well knowledged with what the city had to offer me and my boyfriend. Excellent Restaurants are all within walking distance and the view of the lake is to die for. The restaurant on site was fantastic and the continental breakfast in the morning was great. We will definitely stay again
