We found this accommodation to be excellent, right in the centre of the old town, comfortable and friendly. The location under the archway entrance is charming. Breakfast at the English Inn was ok but was the weakest aspect of the stay.

Our "quad room" turned out to be a lovely A/C apartment in a building just off Piazza Tasso in the heart of downtown. The only problem was that it was up 4 flights of stairs (not senior-friendly) and quite a long walk from the pub where our breakfast was served, neither of which we were told when we booked.

We loved the place, and spent 4 perfect nights in the spacious yet cozy room and balcony. The bathroom was a pleasure. However, we stayed there during off-season, when the restaurant below did not use the garden facilities. Also, potential guests should be told there is no elevator to any of the rooms.

Gorgeous town suite. Very clean, bright and spacious and in an excellent location just off the main street. We found the staff very friendly and helpful and we would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of staying in Sorrento. Our only complaint was that breakfast was very poor. We got vouchers to eat at a nearby bar called The English Inn. The choice on the breakfast menu was poor and guests can only choose one thing, for example either cereal OR toast/eggs. The atmosphere wasn't nice either and we heard a loud argument coming from the staff area. If Sorrento Town Suites changed their breakfast provider, their accommodation would be unbeatable!

Excellent Location for visiting attractions but cobbled street with no car access makes it difficult to wheel your luggage. Staff very friendly and helpful and they did carry our luggage when we arrived.

I was deeply disappointed on arriving in Sorrento and being shown our room. Instead of being in a villa with terrace and views, with spacious, airy rooms, lemon trees etc. as shown on the website, it was very small and dark in a building on the busiest street in Sorrento. Even with the windows tight closed and the aircon on the noise from the street kept us awake late and woke us early. We left after one night and although the manager tried to be helpful he took 50 euros off me for the cancellation of the next two nights. I thought this unfair as the room was absolutely nothing like the pictures or description. Apparently half their rooms are in this building on Corsa Italia so beware.

We loved this place and would come back. The apartment was very bright and cheerful and everything was new. Ask for a room away from the street, since ours was noisy from pedestrians. We had some hot water problems and noise due to construction, but I think that is temporary. It's an easy walk to the train station and gave a discount for paying in cash.
