A friendly clean unfussy hotel with very pleasant staff wonderfully situated for railway station and bus to the airport - a surprising mere 5 minutes away but no aeroplane noise.

The hotel price with venere.com was 22 Euros less than the actual price that they wanted to charge for another night (63 to 85). That would have been far too pricy for a 3 x 3 meter singleroom, which was easy to cool down, by the way, because it was so tiny. So make sure, tat you book all the nights, that you want to stay!!! - - For a stopover the nearness to the station was excellent, you had a good and interesting walk into town. There was a fine open air cinema program for italianspeaking tourists. Walking home at night seemed safe enough to me as a single travelling woman, though there were some dropouts loitering about, quite typicall for a near station area. - The breakfast room, service(noisy) and food was of very low standard.

Staff really helpful and friendly. They recommended a super restaurant 2 mins away which we would never have found. Hotel about 25 mins walk to leaning tower but good shops and bars to stop off on the way.

Very good experience. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The hotel is very close to the train station and 10 min walk from the town centre. Highly recommended.

The hotel is very close to the railway station which is practical if you want to do day trips to other cities by train. I didn't find the area dangerous, I never felt threatened although I was traveling alone. It is not a super nice area, but it is not a long walk (5 minutes) to the main shopping street and about 25 minutes by foot to the Tower. They did refill the breakfast buffet, but not very enthousiastically. The breakfast in general was quite basic. I got a discount price for this hotel through a web site, so I am happy with the price and quality. Of course, nicer hotels can be found and maybe I wouldn't recommend this if you plan a long stay and want to spend a lot of time in the hotel it self.

Lots of construction right now outside the hotel so it was loud but the best part was that it was one block from the train station so worth it for that! Nice and friendly staff. Great bathroom. I would stay here again due to the location and a great little family-owned Italian restaurant around the corner that had huge calzone and fabulous wines for a great price. 6 blocks walking to Leaning Tower. Literally one block from front door of train station. Very convenient.

The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, and had a great command of english. The room was very clean and tidy, and the mini bar well stocked. Very close to the train station, and about 15 minutes walk from the Leaning tower. Would recommend this hotel to a friend.

We choose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station which is a block away. It is situated easily within walking distance even with suitcases yet you don't hear the trains at all. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel which cost 10 Euros however the train goes right to the airport so could have taken that. The only real negative thing about this hotel and the reason we haven't given it a higher rating was a very noticable cigarette smoke smell in our room. The room itself was very clean. When my wife mentioned the smell to the clerk hoping that he would offer another room, his comment was "We prefer that people don't smoke in the rooms but we can't control that". (Now get out of my face) As we were only staying for one night anyway, we decided to just grin and bear it. We would stay in this hotel again but would make sure we didn't arrive dog tired so that if we weren't satisfied with the room we would insist on another or find another hotel.

The Hotel Touring is in walking distance to the Pisa Rail station and the city central. The hotel is probably best suited for business travelers and couples with out children.

Hotel decorated in a modern way, a lovely marble bathroom, but actual room smallish. Great location near station for trip to Lucca and buses to tower. 30 minute walk to tower.

Once again booking through venere I found a lovely small hotel with good personal service, and well situated. The hotel is easily accessed by train and bus from airport. A trip into Florence was an hour and a half. Pisa was lovely, good historic sites, food and I enjoyed it so much I stayed another night on my way back from Florence.

Our room was quite small Maybe the relatively high price was because of the hotel's location in the center of Pisa

The hotel is very conveniently situated, by the station, and is ideal for an overnight stay. There was some night noise, when metal bins were emptied, but the hotel is clean and modern.

the superior room was very small and ordinary for the price. staff were very officious with a visitor to our room in an afternoon, demanding a passport

Hotel Touring is ideally situated a stone's throw from Pisa station. As Pisa is very small you can walk anywhere - there is no point spending more money on a hotel more central. Don't stay anywhere in Pisa for more than one night, there is not enough to see over 2 days.
