The distance from where I needed to be was good. The reason I chose this hotel was to use the pool and hot tub. The pool was freezing and me and another guest slipped getting into the hottub because the stairs were placed differently than expected. The restaurant was cold and had only one server and i was quite ill for the whole evening and into the night after eating there.

It is a little far from downtown Toronto, but much more affordable. 30-60min drive depending on traffic conditions. Rooms were spatious and comfortable. Evening front desk staff was not terribly helpful when we checked-in, but other staff were cordial and helpful.

This hotel is good stopover place for people dealing with the airport. Overall, hotel was very good. Staff was helpful. Food in the restaurant could be slightly better, and we had to eat in the bar area, because the restaurant area was booked for private function. Didn't have time for pool. Free airport shuttle was nice.

The Hotel is Good, close to the main Freeways to go to Toronto, the pool is excelent !!! after You walk all day in the Toronto city is good to be in a pool like this. If you usual to drink some beers, that is bad, because the liquor store is like 15 minutes from there, but the Hotel is comfrotable....I will back again...!!!

I stayed for about 4 hours. The shuttle was prompt and quick. The rooms were very outdated but overall clean.

This Best Western was midway through some rennovations with materials especially obvious outside. The hallways weren't airconditioned for some reason and it was hot, but the A/C in the room was on and the temp. was good. The beds were comfortable. The decor adequate for this level of hotel. The bathroom was also adequate with towels that were a step down from plush. WE didn't use the restaurant but instead drove about 8 miles away from the airport area chain restaurants to a good bistro on Dundas st. We drove to the airport (somewhat complicated to navigate the highways) and I'm glad we did because the 'free airport shuttle' group appeared stressed out. Not sure why.

We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel is quite close to the Toronto airport, but still the room was quiet and comfortable. The pool/hot tub/sauna was welcome after long travel. The staff were friendly and helpful (though the front desk could use an additional staff person at busy times). With the GoodBuy price, we found it to be an excellent value.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very nice, it has everything one needs and the freeway, gas station and every store you can think of is nearby. I would definitely stay there again. Also thank you guys for helping me and my family find this hotel. Wonderful environment. The hotel that was booked before moving me was in downtown where a day after requesting to move there was a brutal stabbing of an innocent person who was robbed. Motel name is The Bond Place I believe.

I like the location. It's so closed to the highway and very easy to find. It's very convenient,it's next to a gas station, restaurant and convenient store. The room is large and well equipped with things you need like iron, ironing board, hair blower and coffeemaker. The staff were friendly and nice. We had a very comfortable and wonderful stay.

Not alot of smiles at the front desk..... Not alot of help or speed either. Godd small bar , but not any good food service. I like my eggs over easy, but (no can do there) strange, and many other food points. No other fod service except a subway in walking area, not good for a woman. And again front desk not helpful.
