Location Description:
The public pool and Ellmau Golf Course are only metres from the hotel. Ski down the nearby ski runs or attend skiing lessons. Numerous cross country tracks and hiking paths are close by.

The comfortable and beautifully furnished apartments are spaciously laid out and boast a marvellous view. Each consists of a living room, fully-equipped kitchen, one to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with either shower or bath tub, a guest toilet as well as a balcony or terrace. Apartments with bidet are subject to availability.
Apartment (2 People) - This apartment is 44m² in size and features a kitchen. Extra charges for daily and final cleaning apply.
Apartment (4 People) - This apartment is 80m² in size and features a kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. Extra charges for daily and final cleaning apply.
Apartment (6 People) - This apartment is 95m² in size and features a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and a large terrace. Extra charges for daily and final cleaning apply.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.
All children from 2 to 4 years are charged EUR 12.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: 20 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 89 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

- Coming from Germany/Belgium/Netherlands, follow the Munich-Rosenheim
motorway until exit Kufstein-Süd.
- Continue until Ellmau.
- Coming from Vienna, follow the freeway in the direction of Salzburg.
- Change onto the B178 in the direction of St. Johann and continue until
Ellmau.
