Good choice for Paris visitors. Convenient location close to metro, bus train. Rooms basic, rather small but very clean. Would come back again!

The location is excellent and the breakfast is simple but good. The rooms are very small (and the bathrooms too) and some rooms dont receive enough sun light. The staff is very kind and helpful

Location, location location. Good clean hotel. Small rooms though and the staff that worked the night shift were unhelpful. The Dayshift staff very helpful though. They had to put up with some terrible customers and handled them well. Breakfast is limited, but for the price of the hotel you WILL NOT get better in Paris. The location is excellent with all the Metro lines on your doorstep (30 second walk). We will return there, but will get a bigger room next time.

I've stayed here before and knew it was near the shops and handy for the Open Top Bus Tour. Some areas for improvement are: I think the cups for tea/coffee in the rooms should be larger and more supplies made available. Also a hair dryer in the room would have been appreciated.

Timhotel is a very little hotel extraordiny situated with very small rooms!!! if you have big luggage you are in trouble! situation is perfect, employes are rude and you cant ask them nothing, no services at all. if you need something at night manage yourself! But the situation is perfect for 100 euro per night...

Think really, really small... we stayed in this hotel at the end of our 3 week holiday in Europe, having stayed in far better and cheaper hotels in Paris, Milan and Brussels. Small room, tiny cupboards, stinking loo... Very disappointing layout and size of room. Staff indifferent but ok. Location - a big plus. At the doorstep is the Rue de Havre entrance on Gare St. Lazare, just behind is Bd.Haussman and Galleries Lafayette and Printemps. Opera is 5 minutes walk. The location is the only good thing about the hotel. Overall, great location, poor quality of stay. But if you are out all day and just come back to sleep, not too bad a time. Would not stay there again.

Our experience was good. No surprises -- the reservation was there and the price was as quoted. The hotel is small but clean. Front desk staff speak English. The location was good. Close to a metro stop and directly across the street from Gare Saint-Lazare. It's about a 10 minute walk from the old Opera House and 15 minutes walk from Place de la Concorde. Nice cross section of people who were there when we were there. For a trans-Atlantic traveller, the one negative comment was that check-in was not until 2:00. If you can't sleep on the overnight flight, it's a long time between landing at 7:00am and a 2:00pm check-in.

Front desk concierge(s) could not have been more helpful. I needed to ship several items to myself in the U.S. from Paris and they were very helpful locating a post office that was open on Saturday and offering directions for getting there, etc. I slept like a ROCK, the hotel's location to the Gare St. Lazare train station could not be more convenient, and I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

Great location, across the road from St. Lazare Metro/RER/train station. (Tip: St Lazare offers a train service to Versailles every 15 minutes - about Euro 3.50 pp - and you can buy your entry ticket to the palace when buying your train ticket.) Walking distance to lots of major attractions. Hotel Staff very friendly. Accomodation spotless.

This is a good hotel with low price compared to other hotel in the neighbourhood. Eventhough the price for the brakfast is quite high (8.50 Euro) you would not get anything else for less in nearby area. The staff is very helpful and speek english. We recomend this hotel.

The hotel is comfortable and clean enough for budget travellers - anyone expecting luxury would be disappointed. The location of the hotel is fantastic - just outside St Lazare station and a few minutes walk from the department stores. The slight gripe is that the lift was not working and our room was on the 5th floor. The receptionist neglected to inform us of this at check in, and even when directing us to the room. No assistance was offered with luggage. Otherwise, we had a good stay there.

It is a great buy for the price. The biggest asset of this hotel is its central location, right next to a train station and metro; there are lots of restaurants and pubs, it is clean, and I will definately want to go back there.

My sister and I were very pleased with the hotel, the location and the service. The rooms were a generous size, especially for such a moderate price of 55 euros. It is also in proximity to the train station which was an added plus for us. We would definitely stay here again.

la stanza era piccolissima e per quello che abbiamo pagato potevano almeno darci la colazione. Secondo me costa troppo per quello che realmente è.
