Wonderful location. Exceptional buffet breakfast at a reasonable price for the area. Would definitely stay again

Situated on the slope of Montmartre the hotel is perfect for those who like to enjoy both the life on the hill as well as have a fifteen minute walk to the heart of the city.

This hotel is very very good value for money, recently refurbished and very clean and friendly. It is situated in a lovely litttle neighbourhood of Paris; on a leafy square, at the Bateau Lavoir, near a traditional cafe, a posh patisserie, a hip bar and around the corner from the grocer that features in the film. Amelie. What's the catch? It's halfway up the hill to the Sacre-Coeur so you have to be a walker. The worst thing I could say is walls are a bit thin and the room is small. Loved it :)

we love this hotel. It was about our 30th time in Paris, but we think we have found our place to stay (at last)

Cost compared with room space and hotel services is to much expensive. No mineral water was available, as well as hairdryer. The only thing which we really appreciate is the place where it's located, in the heart of Paris .

Excellent value for money brought us back for a third time to Timhotel Montmartre. Montmartre is a lovely part of Paris - great views, wonderful food, delightful small shops, easy transport. Hotel is in a lovely setting with very pleasant and helpful staff.

We arrived at about 3:00 PM but the hotel staff cannot locate my reservation in their system. When they finally found it, they made us wait for the room to be available. We finally got into our room at about 4:30. I only booked for two nights. I requested for an one night extension but we had to move to another room at it cost 25% more although smaller.

Very good location in the heart of Montmartre. Hotel is nice and compared to any of my previous stays in Paris size of the rooms is quite good (with exception of bathroom, where I believe some people would not be able to fit into the shower). The only issue was the breakfast, which was firstly quite poor secondly not included in the booking. Lady with a smile told me they quote on Venere always w/o breakfast, so watch out. For 8 Eur you would get much nicer breakfast anywhere in MOntmartre...

This was my 7th stay in Paris and the third at a Tim Hotel and this was the best place I've stayed so far. The hotel has a great location in a quiet tree lined square on a pedestrian route to Monmarte. The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from Abbesses metro station - the only drawback being that's its up a steep hill on the way back. The area around the metro station has lots of nice shops and places to eat and there were more French people around than tourists compared to other areas I've stayed e.g left bank. The rooms were small but clean. The shower cubicles were small and this may be an issue for larger people. The receptionist was very helpful too. We skipped breakfast, i think it was 8 euro. What they were serving looked fine but we preferred a coffee at Cafe Saint Jean (opposite metro) and grabbing something from either of 2 excellent bakeries either side of the metro station. I would happily recommend this place - its very good value for money.

It's a hike and a half up the hill from the metro (not a problem for anyone under 65, say...) but it's one of the better hotels I've been to in Paris, in this price bracket. The rooms were competent, clean and reasonably quiet. The only lacking thing was weak wifi service (which was extra) but it's not really their fault. Lots of fabulous patisseries and some very touristy restaurants will keep you from eating in, but it's a great location and fine staff, and I will return.

My sister and I stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel a good base for our sight seeing in Paris. The surrounding area was interesting also. The receptionist was very polite, cheerful, and informative. Other staff were friendly too. Hotel was clean. Good value for money.

This was our second stay at Timhotel Montmartre. We requested and were given the same room as last year. We love this part of Paris and the hotel is delightfully situated on a small, pretty square with views of Sacré Coeur. Building work on another property in the square slightly marred the view from the hotel and general upgrading work in Montmartre is affecting some of the streets, but the magic is still there. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was not large but was airy and very comfortable. The breakfast room is basic but adequate with a self service breakfast. Access to the rest of Paris is easy by bus or by Metro. Stops are a short walk from the hotel. I am sure we will be returing on our next visit to Paris.

Probably the most romantic place where to stay in Paris! And Paris is full of romantic places....

Location is great near sacre-coeur and lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel was nicely located and looked great on the outside. Because the staff was not really interested, it was an anonymous stay.

On the plus side the location was good. Only 2 min walk to all the restaurants in Montemarte and close to Metro. Had to wait ages to check in as the receptionist could not locate the key of the room ! I was tired and hungry at the time so having to wait for over half an hour while people searched for a key was annoying. There was no apology for this either.

Room was small but clean and tidy and was well positioned for the centre of Montmartre and close access to the Metro station.

We had a terrible room the first three nights and then we could change to a better room for the last night.

When we arrived, there was a slight problem with our economy room reservation, so they put us in the top floor deluxe room, for both nights, at the economy price. It was spectacular: Sacre Coeur out one window, the Eiffel Tower out the other. The staff was extremely helpful, and answered our many questions politely and thoroughly, including looking up the times of museum openings and church services on the web for us. I alsoliked the location, near Sacre Coeur, but also near bustling rue des Abbesses with its many cafes and wonderful food stores.
