The secluded Poolside and Garden Cabanas have a relaxing atmosphere that"s fresh and bright. The Cedar Villas are modern and roomy, designed for easy family holiday living.
All Cabins have a parking space. We have Laundry facilites on site with washing machines and dryers for your convenience.
The Park has a playground area for the kids and a Games Room which consists of a pool table, ping pong table, game machines and chocolate machine.
We have BBQ facilites in the playground and pool areas. We have two resort style pools, one with a Spa. The Spa is heated and is pure heaven during the winter months.
Avoca Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the Central Coast and is located less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk away. |

Reception is opened from 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 12pm on Sunday.
Please contact reception staff for late arrival procedures if you are arriving after hours.

Car Parking:
Entry to The Palms At Avoca is from Carolina Park Road. All Villas have a car space at the cabin and Poolside Cabanas have a car space in front of reception which is clearly marked. There is no under cover parking.
Attractions:
There is so much to see and do in and around Avoca. The Avoca Picture Theatre is a must too see. Aquamuse is right on the lake at Avoca and has paddle boats, kayaks, boats etc for the whole family to enjoy.
The Famous Reptile Park is only 20mins away which is another great day out for the entire family.
If shopping is your thing Erina Fair which is known for being the biggest shopping centre in the southern hemisphere, is only 10 minutes away. You can shop to you drop whist the kids take in a movie at Hoyts Cinema or spend their time Ice Skating next door. There is so much to do and see at Erina Fair.

| I think it was lovely the place was clean and tidy the pool was just wonderful. My dad and my brother plus i are going there again it really is a great place to stay. I'm only 11 yrs old but i love Avoca and its close to shops and heps more i love avoca. And i`ll go there any time |
