| the ramadan was the highlight of the resort, the older lady who was in charge was excellent. The only downer is the pools were too cold, not heated. |

| Out of 400 rooms the place was almost empty, yet we still got the smallest/least fitout room available. Staff were friendly, extremely clean, big apartment, but not overly comfortable. Four pools, 1 was a lap pool, 1 was of good size, the other 2 were quite small. |

| With having a baby, I would have thought they would have given us a 1st floor apartment. Lugging the pram up & down was a bit tough! Gym was very average & flooded when it rained (as did one bedroom in our apartment). Lovely pools & beautiful grounds. |

| Great hotel, easy to get around if you have a car. The restaurant was nice enough for breakfast however make sure you ask for vouchers at Reception if you don't have it included. You get a 2 for 1 deal. The pools are amazing and the rooms spacious and very clean. |

| The hotel wall hangings were a little strange especially with the artificial acrylic carpets on the wall. Hand made carpets would be more appropriate.
The couches were not comfortable being solid pine and no rugs on the floor make the floor cold and not so comfortable |
