| This lovely apartment has been recently redecorated and refurbished with luxury furniture. Special care has been taken to preserve the classical Venetian wood beans. The apartment is located 50 meters from San Marco and 100 meters from Rialto Bridge. The apartment consists of an elegant entrance which leads on to a large living room that has a big wooden table where four people can eat in absolute comfort. There is also a nice sofa, a modern T.V., and a compact kitchen fully equipped (electric cooker, fridge-freezer, sink). The large bathroom is fitted with a good shower, a sink,a washing machine, and a bidet. The two bedrooms, all decorated with the Venetian wood beans on the roof, are equipped with a double king size bed, large wardrobes, bedside cabinet and children bed. The entire apartment is fully air conditioned.Minimum Stay 3 nights |

Transportation:
The apartment is situated in an exceptional position, a few meters from the San Marco square and the Rialto Bridge in the heart of old Venice. The apartment is within easy reach of the Train and the Bus stations from wherever you come from you can take the water bus n. 1 and get off at the water bus stop Rialto.From the Rialto Stop go head Calle Bembo then Calle carbonera, then continue to Calle dei Fabbri. Our Flat is on the left at the number 926 first floor, between a baker and a photo-shop

| The apartment was incredibly easy to find, directly (along a very narrow 'street') between the vaporetti stop at Rialto and St Marks Square (just 5 minutes walk from each). Spacious, spotless and fully equiped; even towels, linen, a cooker and washing machine! The friendly owner (Gigi) was there when we arrived and was able to answer all the questions we had. Our only reservation was giving this feedback as we want to keep the apartment for ourselves! Can't wait to visit again. |

| How was the food or restaurant? Was the hotel easy to get to? Very close to P San Marco. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. IMPRTANT: the owner of the appartment expects to be paid in cash on your arrival. |
