Bonne prestation. Accueil chaleureux.

The owner of this B&B uses a room of condo as guest rooms (3 separate rooms). For this reason, it was a little bit difficut to find out the B&B. The first contact with the owner is really important, so the user of this B&B must correctly keep check-in time, otherwise they can not receive the keys. On the other hand, this B&B was very safe and quiet, and locates very close to a metro station. The owner and his wife were friendly and kind enouh to provide us necessary information (supermarket and restaurant near B&B) and kindly booked a restaurant in Rome. Both of them spoke English. The room was comfortable, but a bed was a little bit too soft for us. The small refrigerator was available in our room and owner provided us an electric kettle according our reqest. Both of them were useful for us to prepare breakfast and tea. The provided breakfast was poor (but better than nothing). we recommend the user of this B&B to buy something in the near supermarket. Unfortunately, the cooking room was not available during night time even though the room equip a lot of material to support cooking such as forks, knives, wine opener and stove burner. In conclusion, we recommend this B&B especially to single travellers and young couples and if we have a chance to visit Rome again, we will use the B&B again without a doubt.

the rooms were great! Wish there were alarm clocks in the rooms but one was provided when we requested one. The owners did not live there so they were not always available for advice and there were no common areas to relax in.The area was not bad and was quiet and we were less than a block from the subway. All in all a very nice place that I would recommend and return to! GRAZIE TESTA GIOACCHINO!

First time in Rome and in a B&B. We were looking for a nice but cheap place and luckily found one. It’s really close to Monti Tiburtina metro station, so it’s easy to move around the city. The B&B is a little hard to find. It’s located in a residential building and there is no indication. The neighbors have no idea where it is. Good bed and a nice shower. The room is very quiet. The breakfast is poor, we didn't bother taking it. There is a little market nearby and it’s a good idea to buy some water, juice and something to eat and put it in the refrigerator (in the room). The room has a TV, but the channels are all in Italian, so it’s hard to know what is happening around the world.

We spent seven days in Rome and if we'll come back it's possible that we'll choose again this B&B. That´s a very good choice regarding to the prices in Rome's hotels. The breakfast is not so good, but you can easily go to a near supermarket, buy some bread and make your own. The B&B has metro station just across the road and if you have to come back later than 23.30 you just have to pay some 15€ for a taxi. Gioacchino and his wife make you feel welcome.

The B&B is a little far from the center of Rome but is well served by the underground and the stations is really near. The single room (with two beds) is little, but clean like the shared bath. The people are kind.

This B&B isn't very large, but it's right across a Subway-station, so it's a great place to stay if you want to explore Rome!! We would defenitely come back here again!

The main problem was the absence of the owner when problems had to be solved. He stays there for few hours a day. Cleaningness also: although looking clean overall, there was hair and dust in the bedroom an mould in the bathroom. May be cheap for Rome, but not worth the cost.

Very nice, very quiet place Poor breakfast, but...italian. A very kind host, he wait for us very late in the night. A very good advantage for those who want to visit Rome until late hours: - is at one minut distance from the metro station. Room and bath very clean, every day, with almost all necesary things. If you are insomniac, TV won't help you. Few programs, too many comercials.

- The bathroom is more inside the room than in a seperate room - not that comfortable - walls are thin - sometimes a little loud - breakfast is small, but it's the usual size of an italian breakfast => everything else (public transportation access, the room, the surroundings, the service etc.) was excellent. Thank You!

Solo all'arrivo ho avuto qualche difficoltà a indovinare la via giusta.

The B&B was OK. Close to the city centre, and tourist atractions. The sorroundings were ok, but I think the breakfast offered could be improved a little bit. The owners were really kind and helpful providing orientation about dealing with transport, security. Overall, I recommend the place.

A reasonably priced, clean and quiet b&b close to the metro for easy access to central Rome - 5 stops. Located in low-rise flats behind main street,a little difficult to find initially. Welcoming owners. Breakfast not available before 8am.

The best - the metro station is 1 minute away walking (realy)! The worst - air conditioned not working (we had luck, these were not hot days) and a tricky shower - you have to keep trying to have hot water, it's useless to let the water flow indefinetly. It was a bedroom with bathroom, but you can only use the bathroom/closet with the doors open (vey small but nice).
