Staff generally helpful. Room OK, if needing better sound insulation. Had booked non-smoking room, but none available on check-in. Free wi-fi internet service was invaluable. Overall, price rather high for standard of room, but then everything in Dublin seems to have got crazily expensive over the past few years.

This is an excellent hotel for those wishing to be right in the heart of Dublin's Temple Bar district. The staff are efficient and helpful, although the bar staff could be a little cheerier. The rooms are spacious and comfortable although some look a little tired. Do not expect a quiet stay especially at the weekends as this is a party city and people go on through to the small hours. It's not bothered us but others might find it breaks their sleep.

This hotel is an excellent value!!! My room was clean and modern and the location is right in the middle of party central Temple Bar. Now here's my theory on the bad reviews. There are 2 hotels that are similarly named, a mistake that my travel mate made. This hotel is the Temple Bar Hotel, Fleet Street but there is another hotel down the street called the Fleet Street Hotel, Temple Bar. I booked my room on this site and my friend booked her room on another site and ended up at the Fleet Street which is a complete dump! All of the bad reviews of this hotel seem to apply to the Fleet Street hotel. I paid * Euro's a night and this was the best hotel value i've ever booked.

Wonderful location in the centre of Dublin. Although a rather pricy hotel, the facilities matched the price. An excellent breakfast was included in the tariff. The hotel is especially convenient if you travel to the hotel from the airport using the Sky Bus service 7pp each way. Plenty of good eating places in Temple Bar but the hotel is located at the quieter end of the street.

For a price which looks like a cheap hotel, this is actually quite nice. The entrance and foyer is like a proper hotel (sofas, bar, fancy-looking reception area), and the rooms (although tiny) are done to a good standard of neatness and professionalism. If you're going out in Dublin, this is an excellent place to start from

I visited Dublin on business and chose this hotel for its location and price. Although the room was a little small(you had to sit on the bed to use the desk), it was pretty much what you would expect for a hotel in this range. I had seen reviews complaining of the noise, but was lucky enough to get a room at the back of the hotel, and so even though Temple bar was pretty lively, I has a very peaceful night. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location. But if you have window against the street, it's not silent at the night. The room has a good size. We enjoy staying in this hotel and I am sure that we will use it again. Recommened. Jorun, Norway.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Temple Bar and dublin. All staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Dont stay at the back if you can help it as the air-con from the opposite building is very noisy so had to keep windows closed all night. Breakfast was very good with very polite waitress.

Hotel was in great location. Half the rooms are on noisy side and half the rooms are on quiet side, so it is a luck of the Irish which one you get. But location was great and close to everything.

A nice hotel in the very best locations in Dublin.

Hotel was ideally located on Temple Bar (or party central as its better known locally) so all bars and eateries are close to hand. Stayed here on business so not the perfect location for a good night sleep but handy if you are entertaining customers! Rooms are a little tired and need updating, however they were clean so not all bad to be truthful. Food for breakfast was pleasant and was non greasy. Would stay again, but would feel that the place would benefit from a lick of paint here and there.....

Excellent Location..Reception staff are a bit clueless but friendly. Breakfeast was great with plenty of choice.I will stay there again. Rooms are tidy and clean.

Hotel Staff were polite and friendly, Rooms were Basic, and bed throw could had been a lot cleaner, it shoud had been replaced concidering how basic the rooms were i would not agree that it was value for money, costing over £330 for 3 nights.Though the location was fantastic, it was very noisy, we were situted above a ajoining nightclub, and above some very large fan ducts. Breakfast was included in the price, and good thing to be honest, we paid for breakfast 1 morning which cost 10 Euros each, we had full irish which consisted on a small pot of coffee, 1 rasher of bacon, 2 very small sausages, either a splodge of watery scrambled, or a greasy single frieg egg, half a uncooked tomato, and a bit of black pudding, also no condiments on table, had to ask for tomato sauce on a number of occasions, other tables had these on them.No Familys in the hotel at the time of stay. hense N/AI would not stay here again, or recommend to a friend based on the above.
