Breakfast buffet will be served Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 11:00 and Sunday from 08:00 to 11:00.

The restaurant is open daily from 12:00 to 14:00 and 18:00 to 22:00.

Our restaurant offers you fresh regional specialities of the season, and in our winter garden, including a terrace restaurant with 70 seats and a view of the lake, Gmunden and the Lake Castle Ort, you can watch your succulent steak or fish being prepared on the charcoal grill.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children from 3 to 5 years are charged EUR 40.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 6 to 14 years are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 58.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in public areas and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.
Wireless internet is available in some hotel rooms and costs EUR 8.00 per hour.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking: Free public parking is possible on site.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Arrival by car:
Take the Western Motorway ( A1 ) and take the exit "Regau" or "Steyrermühl" . From there it is app. 12 km to our hotel.

Arrival by train:
Take the Western Railway as far as "Attnang-Puchheim", change to the Salzkammergut-Railway as far as "Gmunden" (approx. 15 km). We are happy to organise a taxi for you from the main train station to the hotel.

Arrival by plane:
The next airports are: "Salzburg" or "Linz" ( each one is app. 70 km away ).

If you arrive later then 22:00 please contact the hotel.
