The hotel has a shuttle service at Calgary Airport which runs 24 hours a day, there is a courtesy phone in the airport which can be used to contact the hotel for shuttle arrival time. There's also a tram stop outside the hotel and it's only a 15 minute walk to the Greyhound bus station, where you can travel easily to other areas, like Banff. The rooms are basic but clean and quiet. The Moxie's Grill upstairs serves good food and there's a good selection of drinks available in the M-Bar lounge. There's a fitness centre with an indoor pool and whirlpool which is nice after a day's sightseeing. The staff are always helpful and polite.
