Overview:
This pleasant resort offers a range of private buildings and good facilities in a countryside location near a river and just 3 km from the picturesque city of Durbuy.
The spacious accommodations are grouped by 4 into a villa, with each accommodation having its own private entry. The houses have a capacity ranging from 2 to 8 people and are fully equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. During your stay you will have free entrance to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, while a range of other facilities are also available at an additional cost.
The surrounding region offers a large scale of activities including a golf course, while the River Ourthe is also nearby.
Location Description:
The region of Durbuy is a popular tourist area with many things to see and do. You can visit the Saint-Amour jam factory, the small brewery of Ferme au Chêne, or the diamond museum Diamour. The park Topiaires with its unique collection of box trees is also close by.
There are many more things to see in the surrounding region, such as the Domain of Hottemme (150 hectares in Barvaux) which is really interesting for those who love nature and animals. The farm castle in GrandHan, Romanesque churches in Tohogne and Bomal, dolmens and menhirs in Wéris and caves in Hotton are all within driving distance.

The residence doesn't have its own restaurant. At 200m from the residence, you'll find a restaurant in the village Bohon. Durbuy (2 km) counts a lot of different restaurants.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

By Car (from Brussels):
- Follow the directions for Namur/Luxembourg and take the E411.
- After you’ve passed Namur, in Courrière, take the N4 in the direction of Bastogne, Marche (exit 18).
- On the N4, take the exit for Durbuy/Somme-Leuze (in Sinsin).
- Drive through the small villages of Nettinne, Heure, Baillonville Noiseux and Petithan.
- In Petithan, follow the signs Durbuy.
- Once you enter the centre of Durbuy, take the 1st street on the right and follow the signs for Residence Durbuy.
Directions from Liège:
- Follow the directions for Luxembourg/Ardennes.
- Once you’re on the outer circle (ring road) of Liège, take exit 37 following the signs for Seraing / Marche.
- Follow the signs for Marche boarding the Meuse.
- Once you arrive at the football stadium (Standard), take the N63 in the direction of Marche.
- Follow this road until you reach the exit for Somme-Leuze, Durbuy.
- Take this exit, turn left and immediately right after the bridge.
- Once you arrive in Somme-Leuze, follow the directions for Durbuy.
- Once you enter the centre of Durbuy, take the 1st street on the right and follow the signs for Residence Durbuy.
