Hotel Recour offers an exquisite quality restaurant, Pegasus, with an enchanting dining hall and a delightful garden terrace. The Pegasus restaurant has become well-known in Poperinge for its excellent cuisine and exceptional setting.
Chef Bert Recour perfected his skills under the tutorship of true masters such as Bruneau, Jean Berquin (Rust Roest), Geert Van Hecke (De Karmeliet) and Peter Goossens (Hof van Cleve) before going on to run his own restaurant. With exotic spices and a Mediterranean touch, the fresh cuisine is not to be missed.

Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings and Mondays.
In the months of July and August is the restaurant closed on Sundays and Mondays.
