Cancellation Policy: After reservation, deposit of 35% of the total amount that will be not refunded in any case. Loss of deposit if cancellation is more than 4 weeks before the day of the arrival. If cancellation is less than 4 weeks before arrival, then the full amount is requested to be paid, and only refunded (unless the part payment/deposit of 35%) if a “re-sale” is possible.
