LOW SEASON - JUNE TO NOVEMBER.

If you cancel a reservation 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will refund 100% of the deposit.

However, if you cancel a reservation less than 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will refund 70% of the deposit.

HIGH SEASON - DECEMBER TO MAY.

If you cancel a reservation 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will refund 100% of the deposit.

However, if you cancel a reservation less than 15 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will only refund 50% of the deposit.

SPECIAL PACKAGE AND HOLIDAYS.

If you cancel a reservation 21 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will refund 100% of the deposit.

However, if you cancel a reservation less than 21 days from the CHECK IN date, the hotel will not refund, and it will be at the hotel's discretion to provide a credit letter to be used at a specific time in the future, excluing holidays.

NO SHOW.

If the guest does not show for the check in, the hotel will wait 24 hours after this period, it will apply the policy in accordance with reservation and cancellation for special package and holidays.

The Peroba Villa Hotel is located at Peroba Beach in the city of Maragogi, which is on the border of both Pernambuco and Alagoas states. From another directional perspective, the hotel is about 125km from Recife or 125Km from Maceio, two cities where you will experience the most beautiful beaches in northeastern Brazil.

2 Children under 6 years old in the parent's suite: The hotel will charge 20% of the suite rate.

1 Child between 6 and 12 years old: The hotel will charge 20% of the suite rate.

2 Children between 6 and 12 years old: The hotel will charge 30% of the suite rate.

All reservations will be confirmed after verification of the deposit, which is 50% of the total Reservation.
