The hotel building is pretty enough and the location great...stop couting. The rooms are not clean and old, not everything works. The carpeting is filthy and the cold seeps in through the windows and door. Hotel staff is friendly but useless when it comes to addressing complaints. Had to call many times to get the parking attendants to shut up and it did not work. They were up yelling until 4AM. To sum it up, overpriced. Better accommodations are available with better rates throughout the city. I stayed here because it is supposed to be the best in town...far from it. This is a mistake I will not be repeating anytime soon.
