Lovely hotel right on eyre square. front desk were very friendly and helpful. parking is paid for even if their private car park is full they will stamp your ticket for nearby public parking. Hotel was spotless and breakfast and dinner in the restuarant is top notch with excellent service . residents bar also available if you wanna continue on the night after the clubs. my only gripe was the TV in the room which was supposed to be a flat screen with a dvd player. instead we got a pretty old looking standard tv with no dvd player. apart from that. a great stay. would highly recommend and would definitly re visit. warning though. its not cheap

The Hotel was very easy to find. I was extremely disappointed with the room. Our room was not cleaned. When we complained to reception we were told that there was a do not disturb sign. This was not the case as I specifically checked it upon vacating my room at 11am. If this was the case why did they lift the breakfast dishes from the room?? We were told that there was nothing they could do as housekeeping had gone home. I was appalled by the unconcerning behaviour and lack of customer service which I received from reception. We had no clean towels or toilet paper. I have stayed in third world countries and have received a higher level of cleanliness as well as hospitality and customer service. I was disguted with this hotel and what I experienced and was certainly not the level which I would expect from a four star Hotel!!

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and recommend it highly. I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and the service was excellent. We had dinner on one occasion and though I feel it was slightly on the expensive side, the food was excellent. The hotel is in an ideal location for browsing Galway city centre. It's a pity the hotel doesn't have a leisure club but overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

V.G. location just off Eyre Square and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, harbour etc. Pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, car parking and complimentary newspapers delivered to room. Bedrooms to the front could suffer from traffic noise. Enjoyed stay and would recommend.

Room was a bit noisy when adjoining occupier used bathroom;Food was very good but they served (without asking) too much food.Set price 4 course menu around 40 euros but main course came with a loaded plate plus a plate of vegetable each plus a jacket potaotes each plus a bowl of Gratin Dauphinois.Paper serviettes were naff. Breakfast was superb with personal waiter. Decor is a bit old fashioned;mattresses needed renewing and beds too narrow. Shower power was adequate.
