Due to the steep hillside location, the hotel is not suitable for guests with impaired mobility.

The hotel charges 30% of the cost of the booking when the reservation is made, and the rest of the cost on departure. Cancellations must be made one month before arrival. The initial 30% deposit is not refundable in the event of no-show or cancellation.
