I made reservation with potted palm garden, this guesthouse was prepared again. And no room for me, but they moved me to palm garden lodge, the location is down town, it’s easy to walking to old market, pup street, and night market. The rooms were very comfortable. The staff was absolutely lovely and always were willing to share a laugh over a beer with us and still get up early the next morning to prepare a beautiful (FREE!) breakfast, internet, bicycles for us. More comfortable, more friendly.

Stayed here for three nights and didn't encounter any of the problems. My airport pickup was fine, the tuk-tuk driver (Mr. Choung) was nice, the staff was quite friendly, the Internet worked and there were no extra charges. The restaurant is quite good ,The room is adequate I would recommend this place to backpackers (the location is great, quiet and convenient) but not to those who like a little more luxury or anyone hoping for a midrange accommodation at a budget price.

Now I’m sitting in palm garden lodge and just need write short recommend to all of my friends that wanted came to visit Cambodia for Angkor wat. Please come to stay in Palm garden lodge. This was a very nice hotel, with good clean rooms and helpful staff. However beware of their pricing regime. We were quoted a price, then after our transport had left, the price went up by one dollar a night!., All that aside though it was a very good relaxing place to stay, with unlimited free bananas & noodle in the morning, and tea & coffee 24 hours, anyway internet is fast without charge. I really enjoy here.

My friend and I had reservation at potted palm garden, but that house had repainting again, and they toke us to one villa called palm garden lodge, and we stayed here for about 5 nights. We had a GREAT time...we were picked up at the bus station (for free), taken back, where reception was so lovely and kind. The free internet is great, as well as the free coffee and tea and bananas and noodle soup in the morning. They cleaned the room everyday and left clean towels. The food at their little restaurant is EXCELLENT. The pizzas are remarkable, the Khmer specialties (set meals) are outstanding, breakfast and baguettes are good...we really enjoyed the food there. Best guest-house food in all our travels. Really close to the old market, night market, walking out for shopping was easy. Felt really safe, although there are several red-lighted 'massage' places. as well as several laundry places. hmmm...interesting combo, bananas, flowers. We had a tuk-tuk guy for the whole time we were there. Sweet kid, rather new, with minimal English. But he took us all over, and there was absolutely no scamming. We didn't want to leave...they really are so nice there. Friendliest staff of all the places we'd stayed at, best food, and such a nice little garden location. Highly recommend it to couples/people seeking a little less 'backpackers' scene. All in all, excellent choice.

My reservation was Potted palm garden, but over there is changed to restart again, so this was my wonderful chance in Siemreap by moving with friendly owner. This was an excellent place to stay on our arrival. The room was clean and spacious with a nice neat little balcony. It was very quiet, and the food was perfect. it’s easy to walk to old market, pup street. and they free of charge internet, tea & coffee 24 hours. We really loved here. and be back here again Palm Garden Lodge.

I stayed here for three nights and didn't encounter any of the problems listed by other users. My airport pickup was fine, the tuk-tuk driver (Mr. Chour) was nice, the staff was quite friendly, the Internet worked and there were no extra charges. The restaurant is quite good but it is kind of annoying that you can't bill charges to your room (you also have to pay for the entire stay up front, which I wasn't thrilled about). Overall, I wasn't unhappy with my stay here but it did make me realize that I prefer my accommodation a bit more upscale. I would recommend this place to backpackers (the location is great, quiet and convenient) but not to those who like a little more luxury or anyone hoping for a midrange accommodation at a budget price.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Palm Garden Lodge very much. Our room was spacious with nice sunlight and we liked the interior design pretty much.We had good chats and nice laughs with the receptionists and the people working there were really nice to us. The free tea we had, and internet service was a good throw in to what we paid for our fan room, $9 - $10. :) And we liked the beds too, it was a bit bigger than we expected! From the tuk tuk driver that picked us up till the end of the stay, Palm Garden lodge treated us really well. He’s Mr. Chour Keep up the good work and hope to see you all the next time we visit again.

My girlfriend and I stayed here extremely clean and cheap. Paid $7/night for double room with fan and hot water. Nicely furnished room with new linens and television. 24 hours of free internet, decent cafe with friendly staff. Anyway we had massage 50% off from there, it like 5 star staff in standard, but the price only $16 per hour. We really loved there. Warm relaxing in Seimreap

We arrived here after the Red piano had lost our booking. We arrived at the Palm Garden Lodge to be offered the last room available at a reduced rate. For the two of us the family room (3 beds) was beautiful, clean and quiet. We were very happy with the service. It’s a quick walk into town. And we went to Potted palm Garden for massage over their was very nice, all of the staffs really in Standard. Owner’s very friendly. I’ll recommend people around the world about this hotel; try to there as save your money as free internet, tea & coffee in 24 hours. Really be Back.

Unfortunately we didn't stay at Shadow of Angkor but wished we did. We spent a lot of time in the cafe -- breakfasts, drinks, etc. Staffs was so friendly, service was great, location fabulous, prices good and generally the most relaxing place to be. Anyway we got best massage place in Siemreap as 5 stars standard in Potted palm Garden traditional healing, but price was very cheap, because we stayed at palm garden lodge. They offered 50% off for us. We’ll be Back Again. would be recommend all of our friends to palm garden.

Our stayed at the Palm Garden Lodge. This place was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfortable; the bathrooms were lovely and clean. Everything is kept really clean. The actual hostel was really nice, with a beautiful garden and a great bar area. The food was inexpensive and worth staying in for. The staffs are so friendly and diligent. The location of this hostel was great too. It was walking distance to the markets and lots of bars and restaurants. We got Khmer massage at Potted palm garden; they provided us 50% off. It’s nice relaxing in Siemreap. we loved this place and would definitely love to visit again.

We had a great time here with my girlfriend. It's a great location, around the old market, night market and "pub street". The people are very friendly and helpful; the rooms are clean and comfortable. There's a great atmosphere here too because lots of people come here to stay. Good food in the restaurant. Especially we got nice massage like 4 stars standard in Potted palm garden with the same owner, and they discount us 50% off as I stayed that Lodge. We’ll back there again with our Honeymoon.

I stayed here for five days and it was the best hostel ever. You should really book here and you are in a paradise. The good thing is that is near the city, easy walking to old market & pup street, , it’s a safe area and you have everything in the hostel. But free only 24 hours internet, Coffee & tea. The first hostel where I could sleep very well. Would highly recommended!!!

This Lodge was a very pleasant surprise. Large and clean rooms with fan or AC, clean bathroom, TV and free tea, coffee and internet. Staff was very friendly. We arranged a rented car with driver through the Lodge and felt that the rate was fair and we received good service. It is close to the old market and pup street. It’s the place in Siemreap. Highly recommended!!!

Me & my girlfriend stayed at Palm Garden Lodge. Good points: Good location only 10 minute walk into town. Big clean room with nice bathroom, good laundry service. Good food in restaurant, but just late.it didn’t matter. All of staff are friendly, and tuk tuk to Angkor Wat, it’s good price. Anyway we got discount about massage. It’s nice time for us. Hope back again.
