Dear guests: Our cancellation policies are as follow:
1. For reservations made during the low season for Weekends and weekdays, cancellation must be made 7 days prior to arrival, otherwise a 50% of the total booking will be charged, furthermore, in case of a no-show or late cancellation, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
2. Reservations made during peak seasons, Holidays and special events by anyone or entities wishing to book any rooms, a 50% non refundable deposit is required, and any cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival. However, in case of a no-show or late cancellation, the full amount of the booking reservation will be charged.
3. Palacio Domain reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards payments for any booking reservations prior to arrival.
