| The carpet was very dirty in our room. TV needs upgrading and access to a english channel would be great. No spare space in fridge for our use..this is essential when on holiday. Thank you...we did enjoy our stay. |

| Short walk from Station, near entrance to Doton-bori. Unfortunately, walked past hotel twice. The English sign is extremely small, placed low on building but is the only negative to the hotel. Within walking distance of night lights, eating places, etc. Staff had some English and were most obliging with any requests. Cleanliness, service and location was excellent. | Very convenient to one of the most busiest shopping districts of Osaka. Access from airport through Namba OCAT was a breeze as it was only 3 mins taxi ride.
Room was small but clean and service was great. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Will stay again soon. |

| Nothing to really rave about but did the job to get a bit of shut eye after a very long flight before hitting the road. |
