| Each apartment has : 1 twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower, 1 open plan kitchen and dining/living room. The first floor apartments have patio doors onto a balcony the ground floor apartments have a front door onto a terrace. Also have patio furniture.
Outside: Steep driveway down to parking area. Natural stone walls with mature herbaceous and cypress trees. A large swimming pool with tiled terrace and sun beds.
SEA VIEWS.These small and privately owned apartments have been carefully designed so that everyone can enjoy some privacy , yet share the same glorious uninterrupted sea view across the bay of Agios Nikitas. The apartments are ideally suited to couples wanting comfortably furnished accommodations combined with the convenience of being in close proximity to a typical Greek village, good walking territory, beautiful coves and beaches with a clean sea. |

Surrounding Location:
Lefkada is the fourth biggest island of the Ionian Sea. It is situated between Corfu and Cefalonia, very close to the north-west coast of Aitoloakarnania.
It is the only island which is joined with the mainland of Greece by a floating bridge of constant flow.
The beautiful village of Agios Nikitas is the only village of the west side of Lefkas that is very closeto te sea
It is 12 Km far away from Lefkas town. This traditional village with its stone paths is jewel of the island.
A beautiful landscape with a dense vegetation right down to the edge of the blue sea.
The village has a small sand beach, but it is not the only one in the area. There ar others as Mylos, Kthisma and Pefkoulia.
Lefkada has got wonderful beaches of amazing beauty which are popular worldwide.
Crystal clear emerald waters on white sand, hidden underneath craggy rocks are exposed to the visitors as they walk along the west and south side beaches.
In the east, the exquisite sadly beaches which unfold in front of calm waters offer the bathers the chance of doing all kids of water sports.
