The building consists of 42 apartments designed for comfort and convenience not only during peak ski seasons, but also in the quieter summer. The location provides easy access to local taverns, pubs and nightly entertainment. The newly opened skating ring is only metres away. All apartments are furnished with a contemporary designs and high priority in comfort. There is no construction work being done in the surroundings of the hotel.

Many of the apartments encompass fireplace, terrace and separate bedrooms for pleasant stays for either one person or a whole family. You can also look at many decorative wooden features, such as intricate designs on the terraces, hanging wooden lanterns, and wooden panelled ceilings in some of the top floor apartments.
