We used this hotel as an easy option for an early morning flight from Narita airport. Clean hotel friendly staff, and a free shuttle bus to and from the airport was definately a helpful option. Another great hotel restaurant with buffet style dinner, excelent food!

Great location and price! I look forward to returning to Japan and staying here. FYI - Airline crew for several different airlines stay here and they tend to stay at the best hotels due to their unions. If you have a spare day, ask the front desk for directions to Tokyo Disney Sea. It is about 1.5 hours each way, but there are interesting views of the country on the way. ~$11USD each way for the train + ~$55USD for park admission.

Very handy if you just stay for one night since the hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle running every 15 min. The room was a bit small but okay. The air port noise can be a bit distracting if you are a light sleeper. There is a swimming pool but you have to pay extra to get in. In short: okay but nothing to rave about.

For a hotel that is so close to the airport, it is amazing how soundproof the hotel room was. It served our purpose. We were departing the following day for the U.S.A. and we needed a place to rest and relax. We weren't thrilled with the food. We also felt it was expensive for a buffet. It's a plus knowing that the hotel has a free shuttle bus for guests of the hotel.

There is a charge of 1500 yen to go to the pool, and there is nothing around the hotel. It truly is an airport hotel, but if that is what you are looking for is great! Nice, clean and big rooms.

Marroad Hotel. Narita. Japan. This is a good, comfortable place to spend a night. Good sound proofing (near Narita airport so this is necessary) and room could be made very dark for sleeping during the day. Comfortable beds. Lots of hot water in bath room. TV had two English language channels and 10 Japanese ones. There is a convenience store in the building for good cheap sushi and they will microwave other dishes for you. Buffet Breakfast at hotel was Y1700 or US$17 on the top floor. The hotel is fairly isolated, but a Y200 US$2 bus does a circle to this hotel and some shopping centres as well as downtown Narita and a temple. Aeon shopping centre was good. Buses are infrequent though. Sometimes hourly or two hourly. Bus fare applies each time you get on the bus. There is a free shuttle bus to the airport. Takes about 10 minutes. Late checkout to 5pm was Y4538 or about US$43 extra.

Right beside Narita airport, free bus runs regularly. Large but basic hotel but fine for an overnight at the airport.

Large comfortable twin beds in a large bedroom room, free airport shuttle bus, and a really good price. Highly recommended if needing to stay close to airport.

Room was a bit tatty and the hotel is looking a little worn. However there was nothing major and the staff are friendly. Good location for airport - you can watch the planes take off! Air-Con in room was not 100% but facilities are very good - recommend buffet on top floor.

Good hotel, close to the airport so easy for just an overnight while waiting for a flight. The service was very nice and friendly. I was a little disappointed to have to pay for gym, sauna, etc.

Highly recommended for passengers in transit who wish to stay at the Narita Airport, excellent value. Even courtesy bus to and from the hotel is included.

Our room had a strange, unidentifiable smell. The room was adequate for our needs which was a one night stay before our flight the next day. The hotel is quite large and has a pool and workout facility which I did not have the time to use. Also, they provide hourly bus shuttles to and from Narita Airport and the Kansai Narita train station.

Both restaurants stop serving food at 9:30pm - if you arrive on a late flight the only chance of food you have is the 'interesting' menu in the coffee shop downstairs. The bar is very expensive - we paid less for drinks at the Tokyo Hilton. Facilities are basic but the proximity to the airport and regular free shuttle bus are good. One night at the airport is more than enough.

Hotel is clean and rooms are absolutely fine for an overnight stay before catching a flight. The free shuttle service to the airport which the hotel provides is extremely useful. They also have a restaurant open until 23.30, which is very useful if you arrive late when everything at the airport closes at 10pm. Staff are friendly and helpful.
