Esteemed by visitors and the general public, the Marriott Prague is a symbol of success and professionalism in Prague's downtown business district. A rare encounter with relaxation can be arranged in the 1,300-square-metre World Class Health Academy - Prague's largest spa, where guests take advantage of an indoor pool, sauna a steam rooms, bronze in the solarium, receive full-body treatments or discover their thinner sides in a gym that offers aerobics and spinning classes. Hotel is cetrally located with easy access to historic landmarks, however the check in process is inefficient, service is poor, and the restaurant can only be compared to Denny's. Internet Acces is a rip off at 35 for 24 hours and every local call is charged at an enormus mark up. My internet and phnoe bill at check out was almos the room rate.

20 minute walk to Charles Bridge/Old Town, longer if you are a senior. Hotel staff bends over backwards to help you, very knowledgeable and friendly. Nearby tram stop does not have a direct line to Castle area. Despite the fact it was a big hotel, they greeted me by name. Restaurant food was overpriced.

This an excellent hotel in a good location. We got a good price by booking early as price doubled a week out from arriving. High quality room and common area. Staff was professional and very helpful. 1 block to Republic Square subway and Municipal House and 10 min. walk to old town square with many restaurants and shops between. Restaurant was fairly expensive so didnt eat there. Great place to stay if you can get lower price which was well worth a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Short walks to everything - sights, culture, and nightlife are all very short trips. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were standard size with superior beds & linens.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. First, location: it's a block away from from the Municipal House and Powder Gate, so if you're in Prague to see the sights you're just outside the Stare Mestro (Old Town). As for the hotel itself, it was one of the nicest Marriotts I've seen. The decor was tasteful and the service was there when you needed it, but not in your face. The rooms were very spacious, and the King bed was--well, huge--and really comfortable. One anecdote that I think paints a nice picture of this hotel: When a receptionist arranged airport transportation for us, he first told me the hotel offered a taxi service at 890 crowns. I said I thought I could get a taxi for closer to 500. He immediately said, "We'll call you a taxi instead." And they did. As we were checking out, a different receptionist said, "Your taxi is ready outside." And it was, on schedule at 5am. And it cost 500 crowns.

Very beautiful property in excellent location. All amenities of room were outstanding. And enabled us to stay in a hotel that was a great value. Didn't use hotel restaurants. Like much of Prague, restaurants and business services were quite costly.

we travel a lot and have been spoiled by Marriott, Hyatt and SPG. This property has it all from location, to elegance, to one of the nicest, best serviced clubs in the world. I can't say enough about this property and its staff. we are going back to Prague over the holidays and staying there. a true 5 star property.

The hotel is a perfect destination for all travelers business or leisure. The staff is efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel is very good as we didnt have to use public transport to visit any of the sights in Prague everything was in walking distance of the hotel.

We felt so pampered at the Marriott Prague. We stayed on the Club Floor and it was well worth it. The Club Lounge had a wonderful breakfast buffett. There were computers, small sitting rooms with English speaking channels, happy hour, and evening desserts ..all in the Lounge. The service and beds were also wonderful! We highly recommend it.

Great service, great location (less than 10 minutes from old town square - walking distance to a central bus station and a train station, lots of restaurants nearby), great rooms (especially the Marriott bed - very comfortable).

The hotel guest room in which I stayed was pleasant, as were most of the staff. However, when I requested a taxi, I was provided with the hotel's car service and a price significantly greater than the price offered by a public taxi. I was not advised that the car was operated by the hotel. Further, I was initially provided the rate for the car by the bellman. When I asked the driver the rate, the bellman became obnoxious advising me that the rate did not change from when he told me the rate.

Great: room quality, service of staff, central location. Poor: no breakfast included in price, expensive internet. Conclusion: a great hotel to stay at in Pragues old town. A bit pricier than most, but I thought it was well worth it.

Traveled with two others who all agreed this hotel worked perfectly for our first trip to Praha.

Their credit card system was not working, rejected all three of our credit card, instead of calling their merchant services, as we have suggested, they demanded a cash deposit in order to check us in, we had to contact our own bank in Canada at our own expenses. As it turned out, there was problem with their systemic think they also use their gym and pool as a health club for local people as well as hotel guests; it was a zoo down there. A small pool in a very small area down in a basement.

Great hotel in a great location of the Prague city center. Great rooms and entire hotel is in immaculate condition.

Excellent hotel and great location. It was, however, difficult to find. There are signs for the Hilton, but none for the Marriott. I recommend asking directions at the Marriott. The cost to park a vehicle was not included in the accommodation price, so be prepared to pay extra to park.
