Terrible! The airco was just a fan, the door of our room was a glass door so at night the light from the hall (when going to the toilet) easily entered the room, breakfast was just a bunch of crackers and some jelly, a roll packed in plastic, tea and coffee. The owner told us to take short showers otherwise the water runs out. The site mentioned that payments were to be made at the day of check out, but the owner (who seems nice and friendly but is very bossy indeed!) wanted us to pay immediately at the day of arrival. This is surely NOT a real B&B. It's just a flat in an unattractive part of Agrigento that you have to share with 6 or 7 other people. The living room was a complete mess! And... the owner lives somewhere else... So there is no member of staff available at the B&B. You have to call the owner if there is a problem. It's not easily accessible by foot from the bus station or train station. Going downhill with suitcases, it just wasn't our idea of a nice walk in the middle of summer... Perhaps for a group of young people this is OK but it surely wasn't for us. Too hot, no privacy, weird "rules" and a bossy owner. Sharing a toilet and shower is one thing but when it's all cramped into one room it's not very convenient. We had booked this B&B for 5 nights but only stayed for 1 night (went searching for a real hotel right after we checked in!). Didn't sleep at all because of the heat too!

First of all, good luck finding the place! We had a map and we still had difficulty finding it, especially becuz street names are rarely indicated in Agrigento! But the B&B itself is great. The owner is quite... professional, I guess you can say. He explained everything (from which keys open what doors to how to get to the Valley of Temples...). He was helpful and polite. The B&B is in an apartment with 3 rooms - all doubles - and one bathroom, and living room and kitchen. Our room was nice and spacious, quiet, with a balcony. You can also catch a glimpse of the sea from the balcony. There isn't much for breakfast though. You can bring your own food and keep it in the fridge. The B&B is located to the south of the city center, but it's like a 10 minute stroll to get to the center (plus it's better to park outside the center anyway). There a pizzeria just 50 meters down the street. Overall, I'd recommend this B&B as being very reasonably priced for the room and you get a good night's sleep.

I was surprised to find that the B&B is in a high rise building in a very congested area of Agrigento. There was no one available to open the place for us. We had to wait an hour for the owner to show up. The building is dirty and the elevator is small The B&B is on the third floor. At two in the afternoon he was going to clean the place and didn't want us to stay even in the hall. There is only one decent room with a double bed, while three others have two single beds. There is a single washroom, and a tiny kithen for the breakfeast. The owner insisted to be paid cash on arrival, and recommended not to use too much water. In the evening there was no hot water. The following morning also there was no hot water. The owner assumes that people staying there will never come back. He is right. I was very disappointed in this place. Leo Lombardi

We haven't like this B&B because after the difficulties we had to arrive (there isn't a map on the website that clears how to get it) we got to the address specified and there wasn't a B&B called "Lerux", instead, there was a B&B called "Casesa" and we thought that this wasn't serious. We rang the bell and nobody opened. Then we phoned to the host and he came, he told us that he shouldn't be at the B&B all the time because we were going to stay at his home and that he had told by e-mail to phone him when we had arrived. Anyway, the floor where we stayed wasn't his home because he lived in another floor and we weren't offered a breakfast (there was a kitchen where we could have made it but it isn't what we understand by a B&B). Apart from that, there was no heating in the flat and we were told that we had to pay cash, not with the card (but on the web we were asked for the Visa card). Briefly, we got a badly general impression.

Well, it's O.K, BUT don't be surprised that it's a private apartment in a building, owner comes only to check you in and prepare breakfast, you share the bathroom with others. I think it's ideal for larger group of friends or younger people! Breakfast was very nice, and it's near the Temples!

horrible. it is not a hotel, but an appartment with 3 rooms and only one shower... the owner will precise you all that you don't have to do: smoke, take "real" shower (just few seconds),etc etc; All the more if the Temple Valley is magnificient, the town of Agrigento is worthless to see... a sort of suburb in the mountains. very disapointing

The host was very nice. Lots of shops near the bed and breakfast. The only thing which was not so nice was the amount of stairs we had to clime-up to reach the centre and the station.
