Hong Kong is a highly urbanized city in China. But this has not affected its reputation as one of the greenest cities in Asia. Its wide stretch of irregular coastline and a number of rippling rivers and gurgling bays has always made it a place of major tourist attraction. This prim and proper city s...

We have stayed in the Largos Hotel for three nights, it is very much good value for the money clean and central location good service and good breakfast, we would recommend to all our friends and family.

We stayed in a standard twin room and it was relatively smaller than we expected. There wasn't much space for the luggages or to move around in the room. In general, it is quite clean. If you're just after a place to rest at night then it is not a bad choice.

Very nice little hotel. Deluxe room is way better than Standard. Standard room is extremely basic, and holds a huge difference (in my opinion) to the Deluxe. In Standard Room you will feel like a 3 Star hotel, in Deluxe you'll feel like its a 3.5-4 star hotel. Location is excellent. Pricing is considered average. Will definitely stay again for location and price.

we had a top floor room and all you could hear was the constant sound of the boiler room which was next door or above - kept us awake all night.

hotel was very hard to find. Small entrance due to building work.

Even the De Luxe rooms were small. Pleasant decor with comfortable beds but tiny bathrooms which compromised privacy. This hotel was at best 2 star. Better value elsewhere in Kowloon.

the room was very small. i was expecting it to be small already because space is limited in hk, but this was very small! only one person can walk around in the room at one time since space is limited. there was also a very loud buzzing noise coming from the vents in the bathroom at all times (cannot shut off). we would not be able to sleep if we didn't have ear plugs. needless to say, we will not stay there again.

Scaffolding around the exterior but no sign of any work going on therefore was not disturbed by it. Inside was fine and no work being done

First time staying in this hotel. Location is good which near Jordan MTR station (3 mins walk) and Airport bus (bus no. A21, cost HKD33 per person). Room is not too small (I don't know why some people still complaining it is small)... double bed & bathroom are fine. The staff are very friendly. No breakfast will be provided but who cares because go to Hong Kong is to enjoy the food outside and not to eat in the hotel, rite? For breakfast, "Australia Dairy Company" restaurant is quite good which is not far away from the hotel. They allow guest to put their luggage in the hotel even though after check out (free of charge if just put it same day). Definitely will go back to stay again in future and will recommend others to stay in this hotel too.

Very nice small hotel. My wife had a good sleep. Pillows are goose down (or similar). Had a free upgrade to Deluxe Double from a standard. Though pretty sure the upgrade ain't gonna happen every time.

Good location. Close to Jordan MTR subway (3 mins walk), shops (7 eleven across the street), restaurants, and Temple St night market. Room is very small. Our double bed was put right into the corner and the desk and TV are right at the foot of the bed. Whoever sleeps next to the wall has to climb over the other person to go to the toilet. Furnishings look well used. Refurbishment would be recommended. More like 2.5 stars rather than 3 compared to Australia. Internet usage in the lobby is very expensive-$30HKD for just 15mins. Only 2 English channels on TV. If only the upmarket furnishing of the lobby and reception were reflected in the rooms. Ok for the non fussy traveler who just needs the essentials.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with Jordan MTR station jus round the corner. Room is small but chamber-maid make sure it is well kept daily. However, the beige carpet in our room looks like it needs a serious upgrading as it was filled with brown spots and stains.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Just around the corner from the MTR and a five minute walk from the Airport Express bus service. A taxi ride to the airport cost about $260 HKD. It's right in the middle of Jordan. We had a standard room in Februrary 2008 with twin beds, the room was small. The two beds took up the width of the room, with a small bedside table in between (this table also had the light function to switch on various lights). Hairdryer provided in bathroom. The decor was very nice. They offer a buffet breakfast for $55 HKD pp, we chose to have it one morning and the small Largos cafe was empty of any other customers! The breakfast selection was quite small but tasty nonetheless. On our last night, the bathroom glass provided slipped out of my hand and cracked in the sink, for this I had to compensate the hotel $10HKD upon checkout. The staff were friendly enough, I would stay there again.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. It was previously known as Mayfair Gardens when I stayed two years back. The location of the hotel is really good. About 3-5mins walk from MTR Jordan Station, exit B2. The staff are helpful. I requested for an universal adapter and the staff delivered it to my room right away. Checking in and out is hassle free as well. The price which I paid for the hotel stay is reasonable as compared to another hotel which I've stayed at Tsim Sha Tsui. I will recommend to all who are looking for a decent 3 star hotel with no 'high expectations'.

Rooms are small, but it's very conveniently located. Take a train to Jordan station, exit B2, walk straight and turn left on the first street, you'll be there in 30 seconds. Hotel staff can converse in English, and are helpful in recommending places to visit. Recommended!
