In winter, the apartment complex is located in the centre of Austria’s largest skiing area - Ski World Wilder Kaiser-Brixental - with 180 km of ski runs and a total of 93 ski lifts. In addition, guests can enjoy cross-country skiing, toboggan runs and snowboarding.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 90 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

By Public Transport:
