The problem with the hotel is the lack of customer care by the management. After 3 days, we were TOLD to change room the following morning without any explanations; we complained... and packed. Next day we were told that the room change would take place the following day. We complained, asked to see the management and unpacked. Next day, no manager, and had to pack again for the one night we had left. Next morning, we noticed that the people who had taken our room were also leaving!!! So if you go there be prepared to dance to the management whims and practice your packing and unpacking before.

I made reservation for 3 double rooms with privat bashroom, when we arrived there was 2 rooms with privat bathroom inside the room and 1 room was with 2 separeted beds(can't move them ) and the bashroom with toilet was in the hall, the prise fot all rooms was the same. the manager told as that room heve a privat bashroom as we wished, bet simpli this bashroom is aoutside the room. In the hotel reservation list not written thet bashroom is outside of the room!!!The manager even didn't make discount for that room. he thihnk that it is the same as another 2 rooms we have booked

The rooms were very small and there was hair on the bedspread when we arrived the bathroom was extremely small the breakfast room was only adequate with stools along a bench but the coffee machine was great

Central and convenient, we found La Noce to be the right choice for our needs. The room was spacious, and we were not misled regarding the services offered. Where the experience fell short of our epxectations, however, was with respect to the 'little things' which we had become accustomed to: there was no television in the room, nor was there a hairdryer. The hotwater supply was unpredictable, depending on the time of day, and there was much inconsistency amongst the front desk staffers -some where quite welcoming and friendly while others completely ignored us. Our window view was also quite dismal, revealing a fairly squalid inner courtyard with rotting shutters and dying plants.

We stayed in a standard double room, but it also had a single bed in it too. It was a decent sized room. The bathroom was small and water got everywhere from the shower. The people we met were fine. We didn't meet many.

La Noce is rated as a 3 star hotel which it is not! It looks like a seedy motel and the surrounding neighborhood appears menacing. The shower is much too small and the floor gets wet everytime you shower. They advertise breakfast as being served in your room which is a misrepresentation. Hotel needs a major overhaul of physical structure.Blankets had old stains on them and smelled moldy. However, staff was much more helpful and friendlier than in Rome.Hotel is close to a major flea market and within walking distance of major attractions.

Hotel and room was very small. My "private" bath was a sink in the room and a shower and toilet down the hall shared with the front desk staff. Room also did not have Air conditioning as specified.

welcoming was very good, people nice... but rooms are small..it's difficult with a baby because the elevator start at the 1st level... The localisation of the hotel is very good... little breakfast in a small place....

This hotel is very well placed but bad enough in the services that it offers you. The first thing is that the elevator does not come up to the ground floor, with which you have to raise the first floor with the suitcases. The rooms are very small, and very inconvinient, the bathroom is the smaller thing that I have seen and the shower is a faucet in half of the wall with a curtain, which means that when you have a shower the bathroom it looks like a swimming pool.

You need a detailed map in order to find the place, however it is easy to go directly to the Airport in Florence from this Hotel. Easy access to city centre by bus close by the hotel. The room was good and clean. Nice fan in the roof gave good air during the night. Even though the shower and WC was in the hallway, it was realy no problem. It was very clean all the time. Warm and welcomming personel.

Very nice room in a safe and quaint area of Florence. The staff was very accomodating and our only complaint was we were directly across from the breakfast nook and heard the preparations early every morning and the shower didn't have a divider so the bathroom could flood easily.

Nice hotel! Clean rooms and good breakfast...very close to the Domo. It has some problems with the water, though. It's sometimes a bit cold...Anyway, excelent place! We would definetely go back!! Ana y Espe.

the room is cold, the breakfast is small, they even do not provide coffe, the worst thing is that they limit the use of electricity. If you plug in water heater in the electricity outlet, the light will go out.
