Kierikki Naturehotel & Restaurant is situated around a small lake, close to the main building of Kierikki Stone Age Centre. Due to the ancient wooden construction the building exudes a medieval atmosphere.
In the summer relax on the terrace facing the river Iijoki and listen to birds singing and the lapping of the waves.
Our reception and restaurant are also situated in this unique building.
Four buildings contain 16 hotel rooms and each room has a balcony facing the lake. Four rooms are especially equipped for handicapped persons.
There are two saunas in a separate building complete with a relaxation room and fireplace.

Location Description:
Kierikki Stone Age Centre is one of the world's largest log houses and an excellent example of modern log architecture.
Built in Yli-Ii along the northern banks of the river Iijoki this unique hotel and the Stone Age village are situated in the middle of an expansive Stone Age settlement area, which was inhabited as far back as 7,000 years ago.
At Kierikki's shop you can buy Stone Age style handicrafts.

Each room has a balcony facing the pond.
Double Room - 25m² sized cosy rooms that are decorated in tasteful natural colours.
Double Room - Disabled facilities - These rooms are especially equipped for disabled persons.
The bathroom is bigger than in our other rooms and has special sanitary furniture.
The host of a disabled person can ask for our special tariffs.
