Transportation: To get to Kep, you either take a bus form Phnom Penh (leaving at around 7am and 1pm, 4.5 hour journey. US$ 5) or take a private taxi (3hours, US$ 35).
From Sihanoukville, you can get a shared taxi for about US$ 6 or a private taxi for US$ 30.
