You can reach the Koenigssee with the unique mountain site of the national park Berchtesgaden, as well as the city of Mozart, Salzburg, or the skiing area in Germany or Austria. You can expect a rich breakfast buffet and in the afternoons, from 4-5 p.m. Tea and Coffee Time. Parking lots are at the house. Dogs are welcome on request.

On motorway the A8 from Munich to Salzburg drive to exit Bad Reichenhall and from there to Bayerisch Gmain. At the end of the town you will find the Untersbergstrasse.
